oh god seven, in the heat? I nearly fainted on the tube in the heat 2 years ago in the most frightening experince of my life and it took months for me to be able to be left alone in a house for fear of fainting. Couple of weeks ago was my first time back in that sitatuion and it took a lot for me to do it. You are brave.

You get used to it. That's why they say Londoners never smile. You get onto the tube and you go into your own world - only way to survive.

Someone at work was talking about the possibility of me working more hours but then getting a day off every fortnight.

Might look into that, unlikely they will let me but hey ho
