Lighters at the concert??

Glowsticks in all kinds of colors suck, only flames are nice imo flames have a different effect, and so many emotions attached to it.

BTW, they can't really stop people taking in lighters, and i don't see how they could stop thousands of people from waving them in the air. Also, its never been a problem at wembley arena

Good idea. And yeah, I have a couple of candles that are similar to these: http://www.lamplust.com/evolution-rechargeable-candles-p-254.html?cPath=3 I use them often at home instead of real candles. They're safer, but look reeeeally nice and almost like real candles, when you have all other lighting turned down or completely off. So I just might take one of them with me, just in case...no idea.

And about lighters....Well, if we have to go through security with all our bags and jackets going through the x-ray thingy like they have at the airports...it could be possible for them to see lighters and then take them away. Just don't know if smoking is allowed anywhere inside the O2. If it is, then I guess they won't be taking lighters away? I don't smoke, so I don't know.

I do smoke, and i have never had my lighter taken away from me at a gig (ive never been to the o2 tho) Just cos theres no smoking doesn't mean people won't wanna pop out for a fag (like when the support acts on if its gonna be the saturdays lol) so i don't see how they could do this. Thats a lot of lighters to confiscate lol
