LaToya hangs out with Victor Gutierrez, Rebbie with Stacy Brown - with a family like this who needs enemies? No wonder Michael distanced himself from his family.
Victor Gutierrez was very instrumental in the allegations against Michael. There is suspicion that he may even have been their initiator. His book is not only slanderous of Michael, but it's actaually pedophile propaganda. The book was banned in the US because its content is basically child porn in a written form. It contains very graphic descriptions of sex between a child and a man, which the author apparently approves of and describes as a legitimate romance... Mind you, all that came from Gutierrez's own mind, since even the Chandlers denied Jordan ever having a diary. However Gutierrez knew the Chandlers and initially he probably collaborated with them and then they had a falling out. In an interview in 2005 with the German newspaper, Die Tageszeitung, Gutierrez advocates pedophilia! (Tageszeitung has a very questionable history in advocating for pedophilia, so no wonder Gutierrez was so open with them...) Also in his book in the credits he thanks NAMBLA!

Gutierrez started his mission for NAMBLA to make Michael their poster boy in 1986 and he talked to parents of kids who hung out with Michael and many employees of Michael, whispering things in their ears. It's known, for example, that he approached Wade Robson's mom before he approached the Chandlers, telling her stories about Michael being a pedophile. Of course, Joy Robson knew it was BS and reported it to Michael's people (this story is in Jermaine's book). But Michael at the time probably didn't realize what a threat this guy was. Gutierrez eventually met with Evan Chandler and he found his man in this sick, bi-polar person. The rest is history.
Many of the prosecutions stories in 2005 came directly from Gutierrez's book. Many of their "witnesses" had contact with Gutierrez. For example the Neverland 5 consulted with him before going to the press (Ralph Chacon admits it in his testimony), the Chandlers were in contact with him, the Francias were in contact with him... So this guy pulled LOTS of strings from behind the scenes and his agenda should be clear to anybody who has read his opinion on pedophilia (see the link above)...
He was also involved in making slanderous "documentaries" about Michael for TV channels, such as NBC. Apparently those TV channels weren't bothered by the fact that previously Gutierrez was convicted for lying about Michael.
In an interview (I think it was his interview with GQ in 2006) he even claimed to have consulted Bashir before Bashir made his "documentary"...
So this guy may be the single most significant player in the allegations against Michael, with a very sinister agenda, and LaToya hugs him. Congratulations...
And it's not a good excuse that she didn't know all this. If Michael was my brother surely I would want to know everything about the allegations against him, research the facts to be able to defend him effectively, but Michael's family obviously doesn't give a d*mn about that. So sad.
