And personally, I don't think they will ever get that they are NOT Michael, nor equal to him.
There was more about Michael than just walking around in military suits, wearing fedora's, armbands and/or talking in a whispery voice. So much more.
Unfortunately Latoya isn't the only one in that so called family who's having a hard time realizing she ain't Michael, some of Jackson's are struggling with the illusion of being 'Michael', or 'as good as Michael ''better than Michael'' for over 30 years.
And personally, I don't think they will ever get that they are NOT Michael, nor equal to him.

I think it`s not hate. The Ex-husband may be were bad but it`s not a good sign that she gives in the prologue all guilt to this dead man. He is dead and he has no chance to speak for him. That`s not right.

Nobody's controlling her now. So who's to blame when she paints her brother out to be a big helpless baby crying for daddy? How is that going to help his legacy? How is it going to help put Murray behind bars? And I don't believe her for a minute on Michael wanting Joe and the supposed notes. If Michael wanted something, he usually got it. If he wanted Joe, he would have had him in his life somehow.
I tell ya, if the defense uses Latoya's crap to create doubt in the minds of the jurors about Murray's guilt, I'm gonna be hella pissed.

My thing is that since she got away from this man she hasn't said anything bad about Michael that I can remember and she supported him during the trial. I assume Michael forgave her since I saw a picture of him with his kids and Latoya once. I think with anything we should wait and see exactly what she says. What attitude?!?? I was just stating my opinion just as you did... n I stand by what I said... N like another poster stated above, she hasn't said anything bad about MJ since then, so I'm inclined to think it had something to do with him. When someone is in an abusive relationship they usually are very sacred of the abuser, trapped and controled by them. There are women who are forced to prostitute, steal, murder, etc.. for their abusive husbands. N for somebody like LaToya who was naive, it was probably very easy for Jack to manipulate her... While I don't blame all on him, 95% goes to him and the other 5% to Toya for not leaving in the beginning before it got too far along..

No offense, but a while back I saw a YouTube clip of LaToya wherein she was making all of those nasty claims and in MY OPINION, she looked like she was enjoying herself and the attention she was able to garner with the lies she was feeding the public. I don't even think homegirl was reading from a "script" during that press conference. I guess Jack Gordon also "forced" her to MEMORIZE the offending "script." LOL!
In my opinion, her book should probably be called "The FANTASIES Of LaToya Jackson," because she is now free to make-up stories that Michael is not here to refute, i.e. "Michael left a note asking for Joe Jackson's help." LOL! As if!

Okay well that's fine.. N I don't think she meant script "literally".... it was usually a room full of people so I don't think she would have paper or cue cards in front of her... N I'm sure that if he threatened her with violence then she did what she was told or else... This was a domestic violence relationship... n usually the abuser has control over the victim... So its not that far fetched when put all biases aside and think about it

I don't know how to explain it, other then to say: Folks do some STRANGE things in their quest for the spotlight! In my opinion, LaToya wouldn't have been the first and she certainly won't be the last person on earth to do something so outrageous in order to get some shine.
I noticed that someone posted LaToya has released TEN albums to date. I had no idea! It "probably" CRUSHED her to know everybody in the family was able to attain some type of fame, EXCEPT for her. TEN albums, ten TOTALLY unnoticed albums. OUCH!
Personally, speaking for myself, just my opinion, I NEVER believed that Jack Gordon forced LaToya to do anything she didn't want to do and for all we know that entire episode was HER idea. As I said previously, I believe she was enjoying the limelight those awful stories brought her way. I truly belive that, always have, always will. But as I said, its just my opinion.

I saw a tweet from Jermaine on another MJ board and Jermaine says that:
"Michael WAS fit & healthy & ready to rock the world when we last saw him in may."
I'm guessing that when the family saw Michael in May, he wasn't worried about Joe Jackson removing the offending OTHERS from his life, as per LaToya's "note."

Gotta co sign this, I for one was just as 'clueless' as u were regarding Latoya's long list of released album. You'd think releasing THAT MANY albums, one or the other would have made it, but NADA! I know it hurts!
