I think the blocking is either a conspiracy or people spamming the tags too much.

#WeloveMJ got blocked as well. Basically what is happening is TINI supporters are spamming the tag so Twitter are blocking it. It got changed to #wemissmj which is number 9 trending worldwide so keep tweeting that guys!

I think also sending the same tweets to same people (Brown and Cooley) over and over again could be classified as harassment according to their TOS.
