what I have been thinking is ...ya know how Michael documented alot of things on tape...well I an hoping that he made a tape of himself talking about each and every scum that he. ever came in contact with. as a way to warn his children about those people. Sort of a documentary. Michael was very wise..it would not surprise me if he did.

Joe says he and Katherine argued about it before Michael's death, but Katherine was firm.

Joe says after Michael died, he said to Katherine, "I said this would have never happened if you had went and been with him."

Joe -- who was intentionally cut out of Michael's will -- is fighting to get an allowance from the estate. And get this -- we're told Katherine has been giving Joe money and going along with his efforts to earn a living off MJ.

Now, I know for FACT, that what I read/I was told is the TRUTH. Not that I had doubts when I read an insider. But this is a confirmation that don't leaves the least space for any doubt.

well i hope the estate are aksing for reciepts for everything as the only money katherine is getting at the mo is money for the kids and no one else

Elusive, believe me no one's asking for receipts of anything. The money even got increased as she can't receive any money on her own name due to the Korean lawsuit, the mess that her genius husband and son created some 2 decades ago. A lot of people were fired that were taken care of the kids, most of the money ain't being spend on those children

It's weird. I think the Koreans can not receive from the Estate the money that she allegedly owes. But she can not receive a pension because of the Koreans. Does anyone know if the money she was to receive (monthly pension) is going to the Koreans?
 
I ain't gonna support nothing that's coming from Joe, Randy, Jermaine, Latoya, Janet, or Rebbie. Joe can use Katherine's name to promote all he wants it still doesn't make a difference to me.
 
if Mrs jackson was given him money would he have done this? Using tmz for conformation not smart
 
he is blaming Katherine for Michaels death but still he needs her signature for belt ,for his family museum ,and now for this memory photo book. so as long as she is giving money she is good for him.
i am really worried about mj3 ,they need all our praying :praying:
poor Katherine everyone is pulling her on their side .i hope she doing right things for mj3.

She's got a $4 mill lawsuit against her due to the Korean crap Joseph pulled. Any money she receives on her name offically will be taken away b/c of her debts. That is why she can't receive her money on her name that is also the reason why the kids money got increased. I don't know if that was ur question or not lol

Elusive, the WHOLE thing is much DEEPER, but DO NOT WORRY the kids being brainwashed, they (the Jacksons) do NOT have the slightest concern for children, they just tolerate the kids because their money, and Prince & Paris already understood that, they are not happy that household.
 
That must be one of the most traumatic things for a mother to hear from anyone, never mind her 'husband' that was totally out of order. He is a pathetic excuse for a man !!

The Estate isn't here to clear her debts, she brought those debts upon herself by her own and with the help of her husband and Son (Jerms)
The estate doesn't pay for any of their debts, She can't receive any money on her own name without it being taken away from her apart from states benefits like a pension she is not allowed to have any kind of income, and if she does it will be taken away to clear her debts.
But don't worry her creditors cannot go after Michael's estate b/c it has nothing to do with it :)

OK.. although this was the day of MJ's death and he was angry and lashing out, this wasn't nice for him to say, at all.

It's not her fault. She was probably blaming herself anyway without the need for that.

Like ginvid said when there is an unexpected death people often blame people who aren't to blame. Remember Karen and fans (including me at one point, not anymore) blaming people like Kenny who were around MJ in TII.


Everywhere is picking up on this story and there are headlines ranging from 'Michael Jackson could have been saved, says his father' to this one from The Examiner - 'Joe Jackson on Michael's death: My wife killed our son' - sorry but that is way too far, it's not what was said at all. What shameless twisting. Disgusting, sensationalist tabloid. Why can't they just report honestly and straightforward.. the truth is enough!


As for the drug stuff, the number of concert dates, katherine not getting her money, the too much info about the kids and debbie, and the pure fact of going to the NOTW.. well.. idk.. I just feel kind of *numb* now about all this.. disconnected. It's repeated so much. I don't care. I just miss Michael.

prince and paris are wise and mature from what i have seen but i am more worried about blanket ,he is just a small kid .and we all know how joe is telling every news outlet that he is the most like his father and he can dance like his dad,that sentence right there worries me most. i hope prince and paris are protective of their little brother.

When I says they aren't happy in that household, I'm talking of 3 kids.

But I will not say what I learned here, I don't wanna be banned nor the Jackson Family hardcore fans begin bashing me.

I did not need confirmation from TMZ, what I learned I already heard but not with so many details.

this is an all around sad situation. but i want to say this..

this video reminds me of the video for Tiger Woods, and the voice of his father. that video was spliced so that it became something that it wasn't. we were led to believe that Tiger's father was talking to him about his indiscretions, when, in fact his father was talking to his mother about something entirely different. this is news of the world. and the video keeps cutting, as if edited. i'm not going to say whether Joseph is talking about what we think he is talking about. i will say this..there have been numerous threads with videos of different members of the Jackson family, saying things that pit members of the fanbase against each other, and different members of the Jackson family. Moderators are saying that there are rules to be followed, but we all know the flashpoints of these various videos, and the human emotion involved. certain members of this site show great love for one Jackson, adn great contempt for another Jackson, while chastising other members for showing love for yet another Jackson, while holding contempt for yet even another Jackson. and the videos sound like each Jackson family member is blaming another member for other things that are massive flashpoints. in the end, we have one big unhappy extended 'family', that includes members of this site, and members of the Jackson family, that are throwing haymakers, and giving moral speeches, at the same time. and nobody on this site will want to admit this, but we're all being played by the press, right now. that includes tabloid articles playing musical chairs with different sections of this site. for all we know, the press might be spying on this site, and seeing that tabloid articles go in the tabloid section, so they might be splicing videos to make mods on this site, change their minds.

as Bill Oreilly would say...'What say ye?'

i understand what u are saying .my question is why every Jackson run to tabloid to tell their side of story.they are also playing with fans emotions by doing this ,why every one in that family want fans on their side that is beyond my understanding.
