Jermaine Jackson claims he can't afford to pay child support because his business is failing and his career is in the tank -- in fact, according to new legal docs, MJ's bro can barely make ends meet.

Jermaine just filed new child support papers in L.A. County Superior Court -- obtained by TMZ -- grousing that he's expected to pay $3,000 a month in child support for sons Jaafar and Jermajesty ... even though his average monthly income for the last year has been under $1,100.

Jermaine is asking the judge to slash support payment to $215 a month.

According to the docs, Jermaine made a onetime appearance on "Big Brother" back in 2007, raking in a handsome $450,000 for his troubles -- but since then, Jermaine claims his business has floundered.

Jermaine claims his baby mama Alejandra not only earns more than him ... but she gets a free ride along with his kids at the Jackson compound, thanks to Katherine's generosity. Katherine has asked Alejandra to move her family into a nearly Jackson condo but Alejandra has refused and Katherine won't put her foot down.
 
no wonder katherine has aksed for more money. while the kids are living at hayverhurst and will never be short cause of the mj3 then theres no reason for jerm to get off his @ss and pay his way. after all mikes paying for everything. and hes trying to make this seem like a negative.hes dam happy they are living at hayverhurst so he doenst have to bother with his responsibilities

He was in Paris 2 weeks ago, and hotels are not cheap in Paris....

where did all the money go he made travelling the world and selling interviews? After his brothers death Jermaine and all th other extra Jackson got a career opportunity like never before, and they didnt hesitate to use it either. Jermaine is a fckuing leech, the sad part is he ain't the only Jackson leech. He should be ashamed of himslf.
 
He's broke when its convenient? Isn't he playing Vegas soon?
He shouldn't even be in child support court at his age.
 
I guess its his excuse for getting into Michael's estate..........I'm sure that in the near future Jermaine will be asking mummy for some money!!!!

What is the date on these court papers?
I think this is old information.
I suspect the court has alread ruled against Jermaine, and
he has been ordered to resume the $3,000/month
child payments.

I, also, believe Alejandra and her children have
moved out of Havenhurst. :cheeky:

What I don't understand is that him and his wife travel around the world all the time and he has no money? For the child support...urrgg come one Jermaine, you have 7 kids and two on the way. Get another job, stop traveling and learn how the real world works.
 
Isn't Jermaine's wife pregnant with twins? How's he going to support those kids?
 
Didn't he earn anything with being a juror for Move like Michael Jackson? In Amsterdam Jermaine did stay at a more expensive hotel than Michael used to do in 1997, over 3000 dollar per night for sure. Strange...

Didn't he also receive some money from the reality show? He's done more than just Big Brother in 2007. He did Gone Country. Jacksons Reality Show and wasn't he just on an episode of some reality show about ghosts? Also, I'm sure he will get money for his concert and if it goes well I'm sure he will be looking to add more dates at other venues. But like Cherubim said. I would like to see the date on this doc as my first thought was TMZ is dragging up old news.
 
I can't believe that money that was meant for Paris, Prince and Blanket is going to Jermaine's wife and kids not to mention Joe is probably getting his cut. I can't believe Jermaine is going to have more children. I hope the kids are going to be ok.
 
I personally think Jermain is lying through his teeth. Also I can't believe he is using the fact that Alejandro stays with his mom as a reaosn for him to pay less money instead of stepping up and taking responsibility for his own children. What is his problem?

The hotel was probably paid for by the organisation he did it for, he may have just been paid his expenses.
 
Sounds like he needs to speak to a a financial adviser... Get rid of the things that he doesn't need, don't be afraid to downsize.. You can't expect to have that much and not really have a steady job in the first place.. His children should be #1 priority downsize the expensive cars, trips, homes, etc... Get a normal job don't be afraid to answer to other people.
 
:toofunny: next time he will learn better and not think with his Johnson to much he wouldn't be in this mess plus his BM is a mess having kids by brothers and u want to be respected as a mother go sit down some where and get a damn job as for Jermaine SMDH he stay getting catch up in child support
