Jermaine knows better. It wasn't the FBI that harmed Michael. It was the media. The FBI only became involved at the request of local CA law enforcement and DA office. The state of CA and the DA sat on all that information, but failed to inform MJs lawyer Tom Mesereau, Jr. of any of that info. There was never ANY evidence to bring this trial to court. This was all about publicly humiliating MJ and ruining his career. But Michael won despite the dirty tricks Tom Sneddon, the media and that Arvizo family tried to pull. He'll have his justice.

So by staying silent, they did do Michael wrong, so what's wrong with Jermaine getting upset with them. People who listen to Jermaine also know he has little patience with the media too.

Some of us need to get over the fact that the brothers may have a creditors claim. Yes they're family, but if the estate owes them money, then the brothers are entitled to it. Business is business, regardless of who is involved. At the same time, we have to understand that this is a list that the Estate has made of potential creditors. That doesn't mean these people will actually file a claim.

On another note, he makes a good point about the FBI. At the same time, less than half of the pages were made public. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Personally, I never thought Mike would be vindicated until he died. That thought has held true for the most part. Death is a strange thing
