Jermaine Jackson has apparently gathered an all-star cast, including Prince, Justin Timberlake and Santana to pay tribute to his late brother Michael Jackson at a show in June in London.

The Tribute By Jermaine show is expected to take place on June 8, 2010 at Wembley Arena in London.

Other participants include Shakira, Earth Wind and Fire, Usher, Nelson Mandela, Jennifer Hudson, Whitney Houston, Jabbawockeez, Seal, Neyo and a performance by the Jackson 5 with Janet Jackson.

“The best way and most suitable way is to assemble the world's largest tribute in history that is only fitting to a man who moved the hearts and souls of an unimaginable amount,” Jermaine said in a statement.

The show will be filmed with 12 HD cameras and air globally on June 25, 2010.

where the heck did they get these details from. jerm said the other day in holland it will happen in august. so thats one thing for starters. sounds like someone justsat down and made the whole thing up . dont even go there with timberlake. him infront of mj fans poor thing.

I thought the London tribute concert idea had been cancelled?
Is this a new one?
No it's not cancelled, isn't this why jermaine is all over europe doing the move like michael jackson thing so he can pick dancers.

. the show happened in the uk and holland dont think its happened anywhere else. they said at the uk version of the show the winner would get to appear on stage but i dont think its an actual casting call. after all its amature dancers performing in a talent show

strange story. i wont give it much credibilty as even jerm said the other days its happening in august

the vienna show and the london show that was gonna replace it was pulled as the organisers company went bust. so if jerms doing another show its with another company or by himself. can u imagine having to stand there and seeing timberlake do BJ. talk about the final insult and vomit inducing

Ya know, while I DON'T believe this paticular story, I DO hope that Jermaine is able to put together a really GREAT tribute concert for MJ one day. It's up to the FAMILY to keep MJ's legacy alive NOONE else. The same way the Kennedy's kept JFK's legacy alive for over 40 years after his death, and The presely's for Elvis for more then 30 years after his, I hope the Jackson's can do that for Michael. So more power to Jermaine!

The Jackson's cant do ish when individuals go out and try to do something by themselves rather than consulting the whole family and standing behind a project united (them brothers said they had no idea about Vienna, it was Jerms himself trying to push something God knows he is not able to do)
With Michael Jackson it seems certain individuals are pursuing their own goals rather than them being united, the fanvention in Indiana with those ridicules prices, Jermaine trying to pull off something in Europe. No wonder Michael didn't want any of these people in charge. Michael believed in ''less is more'' whereas certain members are the total opposite. It's total overexposure of the MJ brand. They should focus on getting Murray behind bars and let this tribute stuff for the time being. A tribute can be done when his own kids are 17/18 (Prince and PAris) in 5 years and I'm sure the estate will back them. Just like what Prince William and Prince Harry did with Lady Di. You didn't see a bunch of loonies running around back then, her kids did just last year/the year before? and it was a success. There is no need for the rush and overexposure

I wish Jermaine would wait a couple of years from now to do a great tribute for MJ..it's too soon..

Good luck with having the entire music industry at an event which Jermaine organised.

:clapping:

First of all, I don't believe that article and second of all, if a tribute is to be done for Michael, the one man bandwagon thing won't cut it, hence what happened with the alledged Vienna concert will happen again.

Michael believed in proper presentation and a hurried tribute will be just like a slap in the face. But just you watch, I can just see AEG or some other organiser beating jermaine to the punch with a tribute for Mike. Everybody should be trying to work together and not off doing their own thing. It would make for such a easier process.

Apparently the show will be called 'Tribute By Jermaine'!

Jermaine has to stop promoting himself!

Wembley Arena? Wembley Arena is not fitting to Michael whatsoever, he only performed there when he was a member of the J5. Michael is a man who has set many records for his performances at Wembley STADIUM. The arena has poor acoustics, poor seating, and poor everything. Its a sweet thing that Jermaine is doing but its just not fitting for Michael if this is true.

If Jermaine can swing getting all those artists together, more power to him. But until these "artists" confirm it, or other concrete evidence shows up that this is anywhere near reality, only then could I put any credence in this "information".

Prince? If Jermaine can confirm that one, I'll be more than greatly (but pleasantly) surprised.

Well don’t know what to say …. I think there should be a Tribute but the name could be something else. I love all the members of the family but to call it Tribute by Jermaine does not say anything about our beloved MJ. Where can we find more info about this?
