Jason Malachi 'confesses'/ Jason's Manager denies / MJJC gets a statement from Thad Nauden Post 260

I personally think he was hacked. It happens. To many people speculating over something stupid.

Wow it amazes me the extent some people would go to, to destroy what Michael left behind. What they get out of it I do not know.

If it was JM who wrote the confession, great. If it was a hacker (which I doubt because this scenario involves too many parameters and coincidences) then good job for bringing the authenticity matter back to the spotlight. I bet responsibles behind the fraud must have been shitting their pants these last hours! They 'll defo try to cover it again though and will avoid to comment.

And to say, this is to bring NO damage to Michael's legacy but to do justice to the artist. Like Damien very correctly said over at MaxJax, "damage was done the sec Breaking News began streaming at mj.com"

Completely agree.

I've got to be honest, I do fear for his safety. Must be a horrible position to be in.

I would love to hear Jason record Breaking News/Monster/KYHU just to hear the difference between the album version and his one...

100% with you. :)

Whatever.

I couldn't give a shit who sings it. It ain't Michael - that much I know for certain.

Whether it's Malachi or not, I'm sure the loser is lapping up the free publicity at Michael's expense.

You don't seem to be understanding the motives of the hacker (and if you still think it's not a hacker then, I don't really know what to say to you).

The hacker is actually taking the pi** out of people who believe the songs are sung by Jason Malachi - can you not see that?

He did it to show how guillible some people are and how, in their eagerness to be 'right', they will jump on any bit of made up bull to justify themselves in attacking the album 'Michael'.

You have to laugh really, as the hacker has shown up some people for the fools they are (no names being mentioned so don't have an 'eppi'!).

Also, as you 'demanded' a response from Sony/The Estate, wht the hell should they!? Are they supposed to spend all of their time responding to crank theories and crank hoaxes??

They have provided enough evidence to satisfy most people. Well, most 'normal' people in any case.

It looks like certain people (again no names mentioned, so no need for a fit from anybody) have been 'punked'! LOL!!

and the beat goes on. it's much easier for me to believe this. people keep bringing up the lawsuit card. but what you all don't realize is, most people love money, and a lawsuitt usually means bringing out much more dirty laundry in court, with the exception of very few cases, such as MJ, himself.

Mj wasn't a lover of money, cus he was too busy spending it instead of hording it. and he had sterling character, which is why he was an easy target. and that was attributed to giving props to a higher power than himself, and realizing it was not about him.

Dude this is soo childish. The statement that Malachi supposedly made on fb is as fake as it can get. what artist in their right mind make a public statement on fb? and for some to go the length that they have is just really annoying to me.

Thankyou Ivy. As i've said before, this sh!t aint helping a damn person if you've been following the news so far. But I know it's hurting Michael now. his name is being dragged over and over again. This game is getting kinda old.

I agree and fans are perpetuating it by saying it is Jason making that
damaging statement about HIMSELF on a face book page just so
they can promote thier own agenda _

Common sense tells us he wouldnt do something so utterly stupid
and damaging to himself_ If he made that statement he would come out
with attorneys becuase he would certainly need them big time to save his
ass from SONY and the MJ ESTATE who would certainly be suing his ass

The hacker is even making fun of the people who believed him and
is taking the Piss out FANS and TMZ for jumping on it like it was true

Hacker did it to prove how ignorant some fans are including the tabloids (TMZ)

Regardless of who anyone believes was singing on those tracks

This is not good for Michael his name is being trampled on over and over

Re: Jason Malachi 'confesses'/ Jason's Manager "FB page is phony & Jason did not sing on Michael alb

I got a confirmation from Thad Nauden. I conctacted him through Facebook. Told him that I'm from MJJC and asked him to confirm his statement to TMZ and if possible give us more information and explain the phony page comment here's his response.

No Problem. First of all I am a HUGE MJ fan and I love your site MJJCommunity.com. I honestly do!

Secondly, I will confirm my statement to TMZ.

The only thing I would like to clarify from that statement is that it is Jason's account, but it was hacked. It is a phony statement and was not made by my client. That is what was meant by a "Phony Facebook Page"

That is Jason's facebook account. facebook.com/jasonmalachimusic and it was hacked.

There is another Jason Malachi account and that is facebook.com/jasonmalachi and that is a fan site and we have absolutely no control of that.

Jason would like to thank all the MJ fans who continue to carry The King Of Pop, Michael Jackson's message of L.O.V.E. and not pre-judging people. It was a blessing and ultimately a curse to be born with the voice that Jason was born with.

We would also like to personally thank Harvey Levin of TMZ, for clearing this matter up and reporting the facts. The original story was printed pre-mature before the facts were discovered.

We will have forensic's and an investigation done by facebook, so please stay tuned. As soon as we find out who hacked into Jason's account you will be the first to know. We will be pursuing charges against whoever created this hanus and vicious crime.

Long live MJ and may he Rest in Peace.

GOD Bless.

Thanks Ivy!

I have a feeling that even if JM shows his face on TV, saying he is not the singer on the Casio tracks, som of you wouldn't believe him. It looks like you just want to defend your own theory about these songs until the end of day. It's upsetting to hear people say they will be glad if it's JM singing on these tracks

His initial comment to TMZ included this humdinger:

"Nauden says WHOEVER CREATED the Facebook page is malicious and better lawyer up."

Absolutely no mistaking that. He can try to distance the original 'phony Facebook page in Jason's name' claim, but that second line is completely damning.

I don't think Malachi would admit it either, too much at stake. But it's complete bs to claim that the page is not his. It is. And that's what 'Thad' originally claimed.

Omg so much drama! Why does anything that involves this Jason Malachi have to be so complicated! There are so many possibilities it's really impossible to know what happened. I'm done caring about it.

this whole thing proves that at the end of the day, life isn't about finding knowledge, as far as humanity is concerned...it's about having an opinion. that includes science and everything else.

It doesn't matter who is singing on the tracks, what matters is, it's not Michael.

I couldn't care less who the money-hungry desperate wannabe is who decided to pretend to be Michael on Breaking News, Monster and KYHU. I'm just pissed that the estate decided to go ahead with it.

And when you know that they had songs like STTR and DYKWYCA and Blue Gangsta that were all available to them, makes it all the more unbelievable.

Exactly, exactly.

But isn't all this getting rather boring now?

If you believe the trax are MJ & enjoy them, then great.

If you don't believe the trax are MJ and skip them, then great.

If you're like me & thing there's some MJ but not enough to constitute putting them on an MJ album then skip them or make your own playlist with the 3 tracks Sam mention above and enjoy that.

...then move on.

how ironic. lol. what a great new way to...enjoy music. given enough time, maybe in another decade, if milli vanilli comes along, they can be a bonafide hit.

oh check that. that already happened. but maybe this time, at this rate, their grammy wouldn't be taken away, next time.

full circle. at the end of the day, it's about the love of money...and we are feeding the money lovers.

I wish it was that easy. The issue is, if you DON'T believe the tracks are MJ, you believe that there is a deliberate attempt to sabotage his legacy. And for some of us, that's not an easy thing to let go. For some of us, we take that very personally. It's not a matter of pressing 'skip'. It's a matter of making sure his legacy gets preserved the way it should do.

He's bigger than Elvis. Greater than The Beatles. His name deserves to be remembered as such. Not dragged through the mud.

I think fans have the right to be pissed about this.

The estate really couldn't have done a worse job at assembling this album. The media reviews have been scathing, the chart performance has been average at best and the fanbase is up in arms.

Job well done Mr Branca and Mr McClain.

Great post :) It's really sad that the album's being criticised like this (whether rightfully or wrongfully; after all, none of us really know 100%), but I wish that people would just put it behind them and move on.

Guys

Sorry, but this thread is now pointless given his manager has personally stated to us its fake and his facebook was hacked.

Therefore under our new rules this thread will again turn into a cascio thread which there are threads already created for such discussion.

Thanks and Closed.
