Janet to appear on X Factor?

Me either. She mimed and wasn't that good I didn't think. Gaga was incredible :)

Yeah Janet was good, i thought the trainers were cute. I thought Gaga was rubbish, is she on drugs or wat? she looks like it:scratch:
 
Her mic was on but she had a lot of backing vocals and they were loud..it looked like she was lipsyncing for a lot of it (Make Me especially) but I do believe she was singing some too, just she was backed up by loud playback. Its not unusual for dancers though.

I LOVED her performance & her dancing was great! I was expecting something really bad the way some people on here talk about her. It was certainly better than some of her recent award show performances I've seen. I loved it.

Lady Gaga.. I don't know I only caught the end of it. I mean, they called Mike weird and he never acted like Gaga.

I still don't think that explains it, because she was there in the background when he was talking to the camera, she turned, realised then ran off. Even though it was prerecorded he still could have interviewed her.
 
It was to avoid pulling a Britney on the X Factor and blatantly show her mic was off...

No, her mic was ON, you could hear her in parts, she just had a lot of backing vocals, she spoke about x factor halfway through the song! and besides they would have just switched it on/handed her a mic like Dermot does for everyone else.

She wasn't interviewed because of time.

I like Janet, but even though I'm not a huge fan of hers I loved her performance (I will she her in concert again, as I was impressed) and thought she looked beautiful, and very stylish in a very cool understated way which I really liked. I was surprised she didn't do an interview with Dermot. Hopefully she wasn't that impressed with the X Factor contestants cover of Michael's Wanna Be Startin Somethin, because I hate them singing Michael's songs even though it is a huge compliment from a show with very high ratings.
