RE: Jackson Estate Lawsuit and allegations against Heal The World Foundation

In response to the lawsuit that has been filed against the Heal the World Foundation (HTWF)

This suit has not been brought against the charity, to 'protect' Mr. Jackson, his estate, his legacy and certainly not his humanitarian aims as has been claimed.
You don't 'protect' yourself from a friend and we are no adversary.

This is an awful position we find ourselves in, but we cannot allow the estate
attorneys to destroy Mr. Jackson's humanitarian legacy, nor will we just hand over the responsibility of actualizing our work, to people we cannot be certain have the character to develop and preserve it.

HTWF stands by its claims and its actions, all have been to preserve and protect Mr. Jackson's humanitarian legacy and we emphatically deny these nefarious and misleading accusations.

i say... it's about time! awesome! so many fans had wrote michaels family and estate, demanding they do something about heal the world and the people hiding behind it, using mj's images, his words, his songs, his poetry, and his good deeds, to make money, advance their own causes, and to stop them from deceiving millions of fans around the world! i hope mj's estate shuts them down and they are all charged with fraud. shameful how they have been carrying on, using him and all that he has done while on earth, to make money. the president of that "foundation" needs to be charged, and shut down once and for all! good news for his family, his fans and to all the real, legitimate charities around the world!
 
whatever melissa. you keep deleting members from your "charity" website whenever they speak up, ask questions about you, your people, the charity records, etc... any time a member asks questions, you DELETE and BAN them. quit spewing your responses to mj's estate suing you and your "charity" here in this community. myself, along with many others do not appreciate what you have been doing on your "charity" website, nor how you use michael to make money with it. the reports and documentation have been coming in, slowly, about who you are, and what you have been doing, so please, stop coming into a community of mj fans and printing your defence and responses to legal actions being filed against you by mj's estate. justice will prevail for michael. go plead your nonsense on your heal the world foundation website. if you were legitimate you wouldnt hide behind your website, and would give full disclosure to anyone at any time, which you have refused to do many times. I for one am so happy mj's estate is filing a suit against you and hopefully, will shut you down. you are a shame to the many years of humanitarian efforts michael created and gave to, and to his name, and to all the many children who will suffer now that someone of his magnatude is gone, for he was one of their strongest advocates. what you have been doing is a shame, and it needs to be stopped once and for all. you need to be stopped. explain yourself to his estate, his family, his lawyers, and to the courts. i hope his estate and lawyers rectify this mess, and your illegal use of his name, images, poetry, songs, and his many good deeds and all that he gave to millions of sick and dying children around the world. after michael died, you and your website even admitted that you collected a lot of money from people around the world, in his name, but it never went to any charity cause, only to "fortifying" the charity. which means, to your costs of the website, the hosting, legal fees, and whatever you people think should be paid by donations received. unacceptable. mj did have a foundation many years ago, but it was dissolved, and you and others used that opportunity and his name to create your own, and deceive people, thinking that it was his charity. wonder what you have really done with all the money you have made. even your website is questionable, it looks like a fansite under the main homepage, and the forums have disgusting topics, about mj and his plastic surgeries, the child molestation charges, the trial, and so many other topics that are NOT appropriate on any charity website! MJ would never allow such trash, gossip and tabloid fodder on a charity website for children, never! your website is a FANSITE and nothing more, using his name to make money that you can't even account for. You refuse to make your records public, refuse to communicate openly with members who ask quesitons, no public records of the charity and what it actually does, or why, or where the money goes that you collect from people around the wrold. and, you can't even explain or justify squatting on domains for over 10 years, with michaels name in them, nor can you even validate why you would want to make "merchadise" with his name or create logos with his name or initials, other than, you want to use him to make yourself money. nuff said. i await this matter to be played out in the courts and look forward to the day you and your website is shut down, and you cease and desist operating, deceiving people and using michaels name. had you been honest, open and willing to communicate and disclose all applicable charity records and information, nothing to hide, operated in transparency, and didn't delete and ban members who asked honest questions about you and your charity, maybe people would be more trusting in what you are doing. but, you operate in secrecty, lies, and refuse to disclose information. may he rest in peace, from all the vultures who kept taking from him while he was here on earth, and the vultures who continue to keep taking from him, even in death. rest in peace mj.... we love you more.

Good to know HTWF has no link to MJ. I think the Michael Jackson estate should clip out any reference to the HTWF that appears on the videos DVD's so people don't get their donations robbed. I thought HTWF was still backed up by MJ when watching the History I and II DVDs.
