And its about to be struck off!

Interesting company secretaries for it too - Kirsty Williams...who resigned, and was replaced by a Sajid Varda. Dig more and the registered addresses and companies associated with the same address are "interesting too".

Anyway, as far as I can see his Earthcare Foundation is about as authentic as Father bleeding Christmas!

Quite frankly I'm disgusted that Jermaine has been banging on about this "charity" of his for two years when it isn't a charity at all- its registered as a limited company.

The last accounts filed at the start of 2009 stated charitable status had been applied for - the charity registration process takes no more than forty days according to the Charities Commission's website... so its either been knocked back or never applied to them at all!
