Michael Jackson has just earned an amazing accomplishment. His only album of new material this past decade was just voted as the #1 album of the 2000's. It wasn't even listed on the list of available options (you had to manually type it in). Just shows the power of Jackson's fans all around the world.

In addition to earning the #1 album of the decade, Jackson's THIS IS IT scored the #2 position in the vote for the best album of 2009.

Over 170,000 votes were casted on Billboard.com

:punk: Yaaay Invincible is my all time favourite album :punk: Its the first album i bought using my own money, infact it was the first album i had ever bought.
 
Oh wow. Didn't see that coming. I don't think it was the best album of the decade to be honest, but it's such an underrated album that I'm glad it's finally getting some recognition. Invincible has some GEMS on it.

WOW! That's incredible. Me = amazingly happy that Invincible got some recognition (even if it is nearly a decade late). I just wish Michael was here on Earth to expereince it.

I was shocked myself that MJ managed this. For this album to get #1...ahead of every single album that came out in the past 10 years...unreal. It shows the power of the Jackson fan base. We combined can accomplish anything. Great to see though, THIS IS IT also did very well for 2009.
