The Jacksons or anyone can promote or host shows about Michael. Its legal. There are probably hundreds of Impersonator shows all over the world. Now if they use MJ music for profit they would be required to pay royalties fees of some sort. I'm not sure what kind allowance are made for shows like this .. maybe if they sing covers of MJ songs it's a different arrangement than if they use MJ recordings.

indeed, using an MJ cover may be a different arrangement, requiring they'd still have to pay the estate publishing fees.
