"The Library”​

While driving in anticipation of reaching a familiar place to me, I begin to feel a sense of warmth that seems to overpower my spirit. As I turn down the long winding road that directs me towards my destination, the warmth continues to accelerate in strength. Finally, I begin to see the beautiful landscaping of trees, bushes, and flowers that embrace the large brick building that has inspired me for twenty seven years. I immediately I seek a suitable parking space. I scurry to reach the electronic doors that always seemed to welcome me with open arms that fills the air that carries the scent of history, knowledge, and decent.

Once inside, my eyes become filled with pleasure. The walls are painted a lovely off white, and the carpeting is a commercial warm brown. There are always people here there and everywhere that are either coming or going. In the constant silence of the room sits several square tables, a couch or two, copy machine that charges fifteen cents per copy, a typewriter that rests in a small room that anyone can use a half hour at a time, reference computers , and three large desks that are used for the librarian’s and the children’s section of the room. There are several activities for all adults and children ranging from story time to the frequent reader contests. What amaze me the most about the complexity of this room is all the distinctive publications that line these shelves for all to share in unity.

Most communities have these great buildings called the library. It is only YOU and I that can take advantage of the opportunity of knowledge. In the infinite possibilities that are brought forth from a beautiful word called the library, wisdom is something that can never be forgotten and will last YOU and I a lifetime.

it seems you are finally getting closer, Michael. if thats actually the case, remember that in the end its not how others accept your art, its how it made you feel making it and the satisfacion afterword. ;)

i think you will get much negativity, but even more positivity. continue to not sweat the negative stuff, because they dont know what theyre talkin about! :)

Todays message: Did you know that to be able to see the Oscar show live here in Denmark, you need to stay awake in the hours after midnight! Really annoying.. But I'm gonna do it - togther with my coffe-cup!

My boyfriend just left me after 3 years.
I cry so much, but I feel a little comfort by turning to you and your music.

When I feel sad and cannot cry, listening to your music makes my heart open up. You are truly the most fascinating and inspirering artist I've ever known of. I respect you as a person, and I love you from the bottom of my heart. Just like that. Nothing more, nothing less.

After reviewing the "whole" CD of Division" a few times...(Giggles~~~)

Lyrically quite a few of the compositions are somewhat negative.

Overall, I am enjoying 10 years "sound"... http://www.10yearsmusic.com/

Thank You nephew Michael for the hook up...hopefully 10 years have vented all their negative feelings on "Division" and the next album (lyrically) will move in a more different, positive direction.
