Hey!

1) Yes you do have to sign for them - mine came today but i wasnt in so i have to wait 24 hours to collect it :( lol!

2) Yes i got an email telling me of dispatch the day they arrived... so you may know you have them before they tell you they have dispatched them!

3) I got mine in a plain brown envelope.

I'm hoping mine dont come next week cause im going on vacation. I thinking about calling someone to come and stay at my house around mail time just so i dont miss them :fear:

I'm still waiting to get mine. Gonna call Ticketmaster and ask what's up with the ticket if it won't arrive until next week. I am not donating 80 pounds to them! :rolleyes:

I hereby announce that today morning I got 1 of my tickets!
the 10AUG came through...not sure where my 28JUL is...but at LEAST I GOT SOMETHING THROUGH!

Freaking amazed I am that it happened before Xmas.....
there is hope!

Wow, you got one of the ticket designs I wanted. I got mine today, love the programme but I hate the ticket design I got it's really tacky just a bad drawing of Michael in a Smooth Criminal pose and another image of a rombot.

Neither did I and that's what I got. For all that money fans should eaither have got a choice of ticket designs to be printed or all of the designs to make things easier should have been photos of Michael, not badly drawn pictures.

This is the design I got, and I am really disapointed in it. I wish I had asked for a refund.

I got mine and my friend's tickets today. We were supposed to attend August 3rd show.

Lucky you, the design I got for 12 January must be one of the worst or the worst designed ticket of the lot. I wonder if there is a way I can exchange the ticket via ticketmaster for a better design, because I feel ripped off by AEG.

Yes the two drawings... I feel like the six other ones are so much better. I would have been happy with any of the other tickets, but I got a drawing. I think it's kinda unfair, they even look a lot cheaper to me.

Exactly, AEG giving out such badly designed tickets that cost a lot of money is a discrace. I'm aware that I'm paying for nothing more than a piece of card that doesn't cost a lot to produce, but I bought these tickets to add to my collection and for sentimental reasons to feel connected to what would have been an amazing experience seeing Michael make an amazing comeback at the O2. But AEG have totally ruined it for me with such a crap ticket design, a lot of money for nothing really.

If Michael was alive and I got a ticket with this stupid drawing I would have accepted it, because it gave me access to see Michael in concert. As Michael has sadly passed away AEG should have known Michael always gave his fans not only the best music, performances and video etc, he always had the best graphics to promote himself. I'm sure Michael would want all of us fans to have equally great ticket designs sent to each fan, because everything about Michael was about have a great experience and impact. The drawning of the This Is It tickets have no impact except feeling cheated by AEG, and I find it hard to believe Michael "painstakingly designed and approved" the drawings few drawn tickets. I can't even look at my ticket, because it makes me angry with AEG.

I think their plan to distribute tickets in date order is down the toilet!
 
Got my ticket and the memorial booklet today, after all. :yes: My ticket was for the August 26th show. And I'm glad the print of where my seat would have been is on the ticket and is correct. It's just sad though because I can't stop thinking what "could have been"...:cry: :cry: :cry: I am so gonna frame my ticket. :cry:

And I actually think it was nice of AEG to give us the memorial thingy "free" with the ticket.
 
Glad to know that people are finally getting them for the end of August and even later. Still waiting for our Aug 28th from TM and Aug 30th from Viagogo. Nothing so far.
 
I got my ticket and memorial booklet today. I was supposed to attend the August 1st show. My ticket design is the same one Reeta has.
 
Yay! I got my ticket today! I was supposed to go 28th of August. But my heart is aching knowing that Michael is no longer with us :'-(

I didn't even get that one in the end, I got 2 of the lightning o2 ones, even though I kept tickets from two different orders. I'm not really happy about it as I thought that way I'd defo get 2 different designs. Not really sure what to do with them both being the same and not being a design I wanted really. Sucks when we paid so much for them.
 
Still waiting.............................. July 22nd. At least I expect to get a different design after all this rediculous waiting. (and by different design I mean different from the O2-lightning one)

Didn't someone get a ticket for a january concert? I have no idea how these tickets are being sent out.

EDIT// Yes it was benscarr who said that he got a ticket for January 12th.
