The thing is with Tm, preparing to dispatch means it's in an envelope ready to be posted out as i have discovered myself with past tickets.Give it at least a week for the tix to arrive.

I got an email from Ticketmaster today saying that my tickets are in the process of dispatching and will be mailed by Royal Mail Special Delivery without saying when will it be arrive.

I'm so happy about this and can't wait to get the tickets..

Yeah I got the e-mail, too. Nice to finally get a confirmation that my request has gone through.
 
I also got an email from TM today. Our show was Aug 28th, tickets shipping to Germany.

Haven't yet received anything from Viagogo (for Aug 30th), though.
 
I recieved an email today :) So hopefully they'll be here early this week! Can't wait for mine to come through really! :)
 
I guess everyone got the email then lol. Well, at least we know they're working on it!
 
And at least Ticketmaster finally said something to us. Just getting an email from them about this at all is serious progress ;)

I got my ticket from seetickets and I haven't heard anything from them. -_-
 
glad there finally coming - my mum has recieved email about ours for july 18th.
gonna be so awful when they some though, that should have been one of my happiest moments ever

I got the same email. I ordered one ticket and got a refund for the other ticket. Hopefully they wont on 2 tickets.

i recieved an email yesterdat saying they were in theprocess of being dispatched by special delivery so hopefully we will get them this week
 
My tickets have just arrived - we opted for two of them but we only got one book? Did anyone else have this problem. I have just heard from Ticketmaster that they are only issuing 1 booklet per order!!!!! Yet some people had more than that?

They've probably sent them at the same time but it takes longer to deliver the tickets to the US if they're sent from the UK.

how unfair is this...what if the tickets are for 2 diff persons

I know this is a bit off the specific subject, but has anyone received their Bravado merchandise yet? It's been almost 3 months since they took my money (and plenty of it might I add) and I have only received one hat and one t-shirt. I have about 12 more items to come and they keep BS-ing me when I call.

Do the tix come by special next day delivery or bog standard registered delivery?
