I have opted to purchase one lenticular ticket out of 3 in my order. I' ve applied for refund of other two tickets, around 10th of august, but have not received any refunds from that order, but I did receive refund of my other order for only one ticket on 20th of August.
It really means me a lot to receive this ticket as a souvenir so I am worried that i won't receive it and get a refund for others.

Here is response from ticketmaster....

I havent even got my confirmation email....seems they dont like email people where the surname is at the end of the alphabet

Well when I rang they lied to me...they said they'd be dispatched early September and I no longer consider it early September. :smilerolleyes:

As far as I know will be send in the middle of september. Someone from a german message board contacted the german ticketmaster. So I'm not sure if it there's a 100 % guarantee. Let's hope

As soon as someone gets an e-mail off tm (if they bother to send one) saying they are starting to send them out it will be all or the board. I keep checking the customer services bit on tm as they did an update on the 7th saying tix had not yet been sent out but to check back for updates. My gut feeling tells me it won't be long now.

I rang ticket master what a joke that was! I phoned and said i was just curious where my tickets were and the man on the end off the phone said "Madame i am not sure if you are aware but that show has been cancelled due to michael passing away! I just hung up!

my dad rang earlier in the week and the guy had told him that the reason for the delay was because AEG hadn't sent TM the tickets yet. They've now recieved and are printing the tickets and so should be with us by the end of september

A previous poster had said that tm said they were being sent direct from Aeg. I feel we are just going around in circles with this.....

I hope they don't back out of including the memorial program with the tickets either.

I emailed watchdog on Wednesday this week regarding the situation.

They must now be investigating this because a lady from watchdog has called me several times asking for further details and if I would forward any emails I have received. Lets hope we finally get some response??

I was due to attend 10th August and like most of you I am still waiting to receive or hear something from ticketmaster. I simply cannot believe the farce.

I WANT MY TICKETS!

Just got my tickets delivered there by special delivery, 2 tickets for 13th July with the memorial booklet. Jesus, never thought I'd ever see them. They are stunning!! Got all seat numbers etc on them, proper tickets.

They come with a memorial booklet.

pamiiee wanted me to let you all know that she has received her tickets for the July 13th show. She is on mod queue so can't tell you herself. She hasn't received her other tickets yet, probably because they are sending them out in order.
Her ticket has MJ on it with the O2 in the background and when moved there are fireworks. It also came with a memorial book and the receipt and arrived in a brown envelope via Recorded Delivery. The size of the ticket is 7.5 inches x 3 and a quarter inches. Her tickets were from Ticketmaster.

My show was in January which means I won't get my ticket for weeks!

I guess if Watchdog ring, I'll have to tell them that the tickets are finally being sent out. Haha. Oh dear...
I wish I'd waited a few more days before I emailed them. Nevermind.
