Well, it's a bit off subject, but I made orders (4) with AEG/Bravado for merchandise from the tour and have only received one t-shirt so far. They are completely out of line, rude and obnoxious. Just call the support number. They are trying to play the sympathy card. PUHLEEZ. Give me a bread and send me mu stuff! At least I have the Concert #1 t-shirt I really wanted, but still, I have at least $400 of merchandise to come. Ugh. To find those numbers you have to click on Customer Service at the top right side of the page, then do a search for 'customer services' in the Search by Keyword box.

i wish id never bl**dy ordered them

if id known then, what i know now, i would never have wanted a souvenier ticket.... a souvenier of AEG turning the other cheek when MJ was loosing weight fast and needed help and they just pushed him and pushed him to continue to do the show.

fans saw within a minute that MJ was SERIOUSLY ILL... and AEG did nothing

and now ive given them my money and will have a constant reminder that all those with power at AEG have blood all over their hands

Here in the UK we have a programme called Watchdog were they look into people's problems with companies. There is a new series starting lets e-mail them about our tickets see if they can find anymore information!

if u are in the uk dont ring the uk number. ring the international one given as its a standard number and not premium rate like the other

I think that perhaps if we don't have our tickets towards the end of September, we should all get together & contact Watchdog & trading standards. This is beyond a joke now, it would help if they even said what the hell is going on with these tickets, but they are too damn lazy to even say what is happening.

Maybe if we all started to ask for refunds instead they may pull out their fingers & do something.... god forbid they should start losing money.

if i had known in july (when i asked to keep a ticket) what i know now i would not have asked to keep a ticket.. it is so sad and i don't trust any of these people michael had around him.. :(

Ditto exactly the same here, had refund of 3 shows (which without our sad loss I would of seen by now and would of had my 3 tickets:() but still waiting on my "commemorative" ticket. Im not waiting any longer though I've already e-mailed Watchdog!!

To think we have to all go through this again with them for the cinema This Is It showing :bugeyed.

Great idea to email Watchdog! Put their contact details on here for other fans to tell them their story too.

Mastercard gave me the refund, i made a claime with them, and they refunded a month later (with your next payoff), they are still under investigaion with ticketmaster about it though.. Because Mastercard didn't recieve anything yet.. Maybe that's a solution for other people who paid with Mastercard, contact them, fill in an order and one month later (guaranteed) you have it back.

Received refunds, haven't received the single ticket i wanted to keep. I'm going to wait but if it gets to the end of september and it hasn't been sent I will be on their case. My single ticket was for the 28th which is 1 of the first 10 dates that Randy Phillips said had been printed....however the printers said they never received the order and didn't produce them. So it seems Randy Phillips lied and now noone has received a single ticket it makes me even more suspicious of them. Makes me wonder if they ever planned to print tickets at all but getting back to the subject..no I haven't like many others had their ticket yet.

this is just neglect at this point. really. im glad you guys posted that link for watch dog. i'm gonna send an email to them.

i hate to suggest this but the idea came into my head. should we contact tmz about this? :unsure: they could do a bit of digging. ruffle ticketmasters feathers? i don't know what it could lead to but as i said it was just an idea.

This is ridiculous. I WANT MY TICKETS!. Its already been over 30 days since I applied for a refund. They don't even send me a proper reply when I email them!

I just sent this message to watch dog.

Several Michael Jackson fans are complaining about not getting refunds / not getting tickets for the scheduled o2 concerts.

Many fans are angry at the neglect we have been receiving. We are trying in anyway possible by contacting Ticketmaster, AEG Live, and even TMZ to get an answer or some coherent response on why we haven't received refunds / tickets .

If there is anything you guys can do it will help thousands of fans around the world get some answers.

I know i'll be e-mailing watchdog.... Let's see what Aeg will make of it if Watchdog do a little segment on their show.

Come on guy's lets show them they can't mess with Michael Jackson fan's.

If they get enough complaints Watchdog may contact Ticketmaster/AEG and get proper answers, instead of them just fobbing us off all the time. Wev'e waited long enough!
