More often than I think. I initially was going to say never, but then realized that usually once a day I do with my kids. I just don't think about it.

(oops I know I will be behind. it was to do with dancing, then I got distracted before posting..lol)

Do you mean just going out of the house...or going out, like go to a club or something? I go out of the house a couple of times a day, I guess. Depends on the day...on some days more, less on some.

At work, several because I gotta keep track of time to give the kids their meds on time. At home...not very often, unless I have to be somewhere later that day.
