Periodically but I'm getting better at ignoring so certain things don't bother me as much as they used to

It depends, I crave fruit alot like apples, tangerines and pineapple. I like eating that when I have a sweet tooth. Watch if I ever have kids instead of ice cream I'll probably crave the one thing I hate most, fish :puke: :lol:

I would say probably around 3-4 times a day, most of them being in the first couple of hours when I wake up :yes:
