I get angry very rarely and when i do get angry, more often than not its for a very good reason. Depends on the person who made me angry i suppose, ill either just try and think abt better stuff or simply let them have it.
Usually I talk really loud (but don't scream. lol), curse (not good), listen to music, but that must be fast and loud as well and I often cry, cuz I'm helpless. Then I'm calm, relaxed and everything is ok :lol:
1. Cry
2. Listen to music AND cry
3. Curl myself up in a fetal position and feel sorry for myself
4. Take my feelings out on anyone who dares annoy me.
i try to talk it out. i really don't get angry i get upset and frustrated i been diagnose with anger management in the past but it wasn't official. i can be aggressive if i feel i'm being bullied or mess with due to my past and kind nature.
