I have school that day and its like...a 3 hour drive there from my school :| LOL so IDK if i would be there in time for the walk and its FREEZING cold here to walk with no shoes, i am a baby LOL but I'll see!!

hahahaha! yeah you get to meet the guys. they host 1 mile walks before the shows. you will have to go to Hanson.net or TakeThewalk.net to find out time and where they will hosting the walk. they usually have them in fron of the venues but they have been having them at collage campuses this tour.They will also most likely have a book signing after the walk like they did at the show i went to. which is basicallu when you can eather buy or bring your own copy of their book "Take the Walk" and they will sign it. thats the only thing they will sign though for the time being until after the show. if you dont have the book thats fine you can still get pictures with them! I did!! i got one with Taylor at the book signing! The walks are great. you will have a blast! If you wait after the show just go to the buses and Zac is always the 1st one out. He leaves after the show and hangs with the fans. Now you will have to wait a little bit for Taylor and Isaac but they will come out and they will chat and take pics and sign things. They are such nice guys! all in all Have fun!! there is a walk at 2 PM before the concert and i am skipping school to leave and be there. and i guess it was a one day only thing on livenation.com that for every pair of tickets you bought they were 50% off...so if anyone is looking at any dates on there today would be a good day to buy them! actually it might be over now im not sure!
Oh yeah I meant to ask about this....maybe someone here will know. The show I'm going to says it starts at 6pm. I guess that's the doors or something, cos I know the show won't start at that time. And Hello Goodbye are their support act, so they'll be on before Hanson too. But I'm wondering if anyone knows what time Hanson normally come onstage and what time the show is over? Some venues on the list say 7pm, but the one I'm goig to says 6pm. My problem is that I have to get a 4-hr bus back, and I have class the next morning so I HAVE to get back for that. The last bus is at 11.15pm. The bus station is only a few mins from the venue, but do you think the show will even be over by then??? Otherwise I'll have to wait and get a bus at like 3am...

i think i can help you out. The venue i went to The Pageant has a bar that opens at 5 before every show. Everyone 21 and over gets to go inside and get a early entrance for not only doing the walks but also being in line and being of age. Now the doors opened at 6 and the show started at 6:30. they have 3 opening bands Sherwood, SteelTrain and HelloGoodbye. Now some dates may only have tow bands others might only have 1. mine had all 3. Hellogoodybye played a full set and Hanson came on stage around 9:30. they played until 11:30 and did a encore with Zac singing Journeys "Dont Stop Believeing" since it was the song that fans voted for to be played. Now chances are the same might happen with you so depending on your venue if there is a curfew for all the underage concert goers they might have to cut it short like they did when i saw them on the walk around world tour. I cant say what time the show will be over but i will say that there is a chance it wont be over until after the time you need to catch your bus. i would check to see which bands are playing and how long the show might last. eather way it will still be late. i didnt get some until 1:30 but that was bc i stayed after the show and met the guys. have fun though!
oh and Strawberry999 even though the venue is small there might still be alot of fans. Hanson fans travel from city to city all the time every tour to see them. Hoppefully it wont be too crowed but it does get crowed even if the venue is big. im sure you will be fine though. just giving you a heads up!
! LOL They were also hanging out at their merchandise table after the concert was over and if my boyfriend wasn't with me... LOL but I was directly in front of Ike and like 2 rows back so it was AMAZING...I could see the sweat on their faces I mean...hahaha. Never been that close before. IDK if something was bumming Zac out or something because he didn't say a WORD the entire time. He just knocked part of his drums over and someone had to run out and pick them up. Taylor was wearing suspenders with a belt on LOL they all looked so good! Sounded amazing!! It was a 3 hour drive for me and I had to scramble around do some stuff before I could leave and then we had to find a parking garage to park in that was liek half a mile away LOL. We stood outside in the POURING rain for an hour and a half before the doors opened though and we got up to the very, very front!
lol I didn't know where there buses were and my boyfriend was really grumpy and his foot was really hurting him so we just left. Now he feels bad because I was DYING to go back there and on top of it I lost all my pictures But its okay I guess... I was just amazed LOL The guy from Sherwood was standing at the exit telling everyone good night like he was a greeter! LOL H GB was standing at their table taking pictures and trying to talk you in to buying their stuff hahaha and Steel Train was singing 'All the Single ladies, All the single ladies, Putcha hands up...come buy our stuff...' LOL !!

Wow, let me tell you...if you haven' seen them live it is a MUST! Even if you arent a huge 'fan'...it is worth it just to hear AMAZING LIVE music. I was 2nd row..I know *AHHH* LOL I got SOO Many pictures but guess what...my camera card took a SHIT on the walk back to the car and I lost them ALL!
Sherwood was amazing, sooo nice. Steel Train...holy sh*t there are some NICE looking men in that band
During Hello Goodbye a girl 2 rows behind me decided to THROW UP...holy SHIT! LOL People darted everywhere and there was a huge empty circle, so forest from HGB thought they formed a dance circle....me and some other girls were like NO A CHICK JUST THREW UP!! And he was like THREW UP!?! and we were like YEA! And he was like WOW...Sorry that we induce vomiting...maybe we should just stop playing and let Hanson come out now! It was so funny...but then ironically someone ELSE threw up on the other side ... :| It was a running joke, and they even twittered about it. LOL Someone from the band said "There are husbands throwing up on wives...old ladies throwing up in handbags..." hahaha they were just trying to kill time. They didn't get to do a soundcheck because they went on the WALK! lol so they were sound checking and playing at the same time basically.

There were probably...500-600 people at my concert. Not that many. The doors opened at 5:30PM Sherwood went on at 6:30 were done by 7, there was a 15 minute set up for Steel Train and they went on at 7:15 to about 7:50 there was a set up for Hello Goodbye they started around 8:30 probably and then hanson came on at like oh I'm not sure...9 something and played till 11:45.
I had the time of my LIFE! For a $17.50 ticket I saw 5 hours of music...AMAZING!!!
I wish I knew because I LOOOVE Taylor and could not see him at ALL from where I was standing! But eventually they did all ditch their instruments and come together in the middle on stools for a little bit
