I think this will be my last year watching these shows. I love music all because of Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder but mainly Michael. I would watch just because of that love he gave me for music but now it does not feel the same.

Michael truly had a gift from God and really gave his all. It's now all so about the wrong reasons and the people who really are into their music don't get the recognition or chance to make it big. Or the media drag them down or they change and become like everyone else.

Me too. I know it's really sad for me to because this will more than likely be my last time watching a music award show. Like most fans, I've only watched award shows hoping to see Michael and now that his gone I have no purpose in watching award shows. I'm not interested in the garbage music and Michael has passed so there is no point. So this will probably be a memorable award show for me to.

Wish Michael were here right now instead of a tribute in his honor. It's a wonderful thing what they're doing and I'm sure the tribut will be great, but it's not the same without the real thing.
Music is so far gone...

Saw the clip when they were talking about the tribute. I'm already emotional about it...

Michael was an entertainer. The performers that I'm watching at the Grammys are not entertainers in my opinion. They cannot entertain on the same level as Michael. My eyes aren't glued to them like my eyes were glued to MJ. To me, it feels like these artists are just up there singing because it's part of their job as famous people. This is the best way i can put into words on how i feel about it. Music died on June 25th 2009

What you said it's so true. I have a dearest respect and Apprreciation for Stevie Wonder too! I love the man, but no other artist will complete ever as it was Michael. Never again.
