If you are referring to me, I've always been here, if you take a look at my profile you will see that this account was created barely a month after yours, I've been here since 2002, but had a different name back then.

That sounded a little harsh. I think it does 'matter', they are still his children and we should still care about what he would want to happen to them, and how he would want them brought up. I understand what you mean though, that because unfortunately he is not here now it is Katherine who is the one to make the decision. She has, and there we go.. its nothing to do with us, whether we like it or not we can do nothing but trust her decision and wish them the best. If he was here this whole thing wouldn't be happening would it.

No of course not. All people are saying here is that maybe they'd be able to cope better with these big appearances and everything that goes with them..all the media attention etc. when they're older. Anyway like I said, its nothing to do with us, and we should wish them the best. I bet they don't even turn up now after all this discussion !

If the kids are ready and are doing this for their own reasons (no pressure from family members, etc.) then all power to them! I recommend those that do pray should pray for them tonight. :yes:

I just don't understand why some people (maybe not here, I haven't looked through the entire thread) have gotten their panties in a bunch over Frank accepting the award. :mello: The SMA ceremony was a stuffy event for the industry, not the consumer. Doesn't seem very kid-friendly.

I agree with you. To some kids that is part of the healing process. Every child is different. Thats no different than kids who go represent the fathers or mother who were killed on duty whether it be the military or The police force or whatever. You see it time and time again on the news. Kids in the forefront accepting honours for a fallen parent. None of us knows these kids. Enough with the " WE want to honour what MJ wanted" You don't know what MJ wanted. His mother is in charge. If one of the Jacksons were too go on stage to accept this whole board would be up in arms.

Okay but this performance for the Grammys is, I keep hearing people say local Targets were giving away 3D glasses for it. So I assumed that they were giving them away with the This Is It but I guess not.

Yeah, it's too bad, really. I suppose someday we might get some special 2 blu-ray discs TII with 3D? Just hoping.

2hours to go...:D till the red carpet...4 hours till the show...:D

When the Grammy said to get 3D glasses, I thought the whole show was gonna be in 3D...:lol: But i'm glad its only For Michael...Its gonna be an emotional night...:( God Bless the children(PPB) :)

I'm going to try and not visit threads about the Grammy's anymore until after I've seen it on Wednesday. It's going to be so tempting but I must resist! I want to see it as if it were live on a big screen.

I wish I could watch this live. I am in Australia and so the Grammys start at 12pm here. It's on TV live but I am at work! GRRR

Really nervous for the children, but I am happy they are doing this for their Dad. It's a nice way for them to honour their father.
