Girlfriend of Michael Jackson's doctor to testify before grand jury, sources say

ok , kai started working in March, got off three weeks in May and returned at the eginning of june .

but she had never witnessed any oxygen tanks , the other chef who workd in may said he obseved murray holding oxygen tans on occassions leaving the house in the morning , but kai never witnessed such a thing wonder why?

also from the search warrants , no mention of oxygen tanks in mj's house , again I wonder why?

but again kai talked about murray's being at the house on daily basis , right? I mean there was a routine involving murray in that house , wonder when that routine started, the dumb reporters always fail to ask good questions .

I think you meant Midazolepan which is versed , yes that only could be taken at hospital like propofol , but what they found at mj's house were PILL bottles not liquide .

Yes, That's The med I meant! But liquid or not that wasn't my point, I was just saying that it is not suppose to be used outside of a hospital setting yet murray still had it for MJ and used it on him.

Also Kai chase did say she saw the oxygen tanks! She said she saw the dr. coming down stairs with them every morning then getting MJs food and went back up stairs. But, this routine was broken on June 25th.

That chef did speak about it - he's on Radar Online in a 3 part interview.

Maybe Kai came in after Murray moved the oxygen?

So her attorney says that reports about her being difficult with the police are false. But the DA has to pull together a grand jury to make her talk? Hmmm.

i don't trust kai too much....word is she's worked w/ murray before or knows him. now they do w ork in teh same circles, catering to celebs so who knows

WHOA WHOA, did u say there might be a chance she worked with Murray b4... lawd, I wld hate for that to be true, and then I will have to go have words with her.. Man this sucks I thought she was alright... can't trust a soul..

im more intrested to see if anyone else appears at the GJ. just using it to get her to anwser questions isnt that much progress

Midazolepan exists as pills , and they indeed found an empty pill bottle prescribed by murray , it is safe nothing dangerous about it , BUT the liquide one (versed) should be administered at a medical facility like propofol , Murray admitted he also administered versed that night and versed is very powerful drug also .

and sorry it seems i missed the news about kai and oxygen tanks

Versed is NOT available in pill form, never has been. It does however come in a syrup form. You gotta trust me on this one, been working with it for years, or check it out for yourself at any good pharmacological site.

Alot of the other things found in his system however are available in pill form.

(if you can find any recent info on Versed in pill form, I'd be interested in seeing it, the medical world is always changing so anything could be possible I guess)

no, i'm not talking about versed being available as pills , i'm talking about midazolepam , the liquide form of midazolepam is called veresd, and that what murray admitted he gave to mj that night . correct me if i'm wrong please?

eww that ugly doctor have a GF
hehe just kidding
sorry but he made me really upset
he did it
he killed michael

coming here and reading this kind of stuff every day makes me feel so depressed, I can feel myself sinking more and more into depression...even though I want to know what's going on with the case it's so hard, every day is getting harder, I almost can't bare to come here anymore
the investigation details makes it all too real, that he's really gone

Midazolam (Versed) only available in injection (im/iv) or syrup form. The word you're using "midazolepam" I'm not familiar with and can't find any med spelled that way in multiple drug reference sites. Maybe you're thinking of one of the other meds found in his system with spelling slightly similar?

(Not sure we're talking about this in the appropriate thread)

ok, sorry it was midazolam , and yes they did find an empty PILL bottle of Midazolam at mj's house.
Anesthesia

Midazolam (Versed®)

Midazolam is a drug known commonly by its trade name, Versed.® Midazolam is thought to work mainly by blocking certain brain receptors called GABA receptors. Because it has many favorable properties including quick onset and a short duration of action, midazolam is a preferred sedative drug in many countries around the world. Midazolam's effects include:
  • Sedation (drowsiness or sleepiness)
  • Decreases anxiety
  • Amnesia, temporarily decreasing the brain’s ability to form new memories ("anterograde amnesia")
Depending on the dose given, midazolam can produce mild, moderate, or deep sedation.
Midazolam is not a pain-relieving drug.
Midazolam Administration

Midazolam is administered by:
  • Anesthesiologists
  • Nurse anesthetists
  • Other trained doctors and nurses
Anyone who administers midazolam must have the ability to deal with the problems that can result from too much sedation such as obstruction of the airway, reduced breathing, or, occasionally, decreased blood pressure. A drug that reverses the effects of midazolam is available (Flumazenil).
Midazolam is usually given intravenously before or during surgery or medical procedures. Pills are also available. Midazolam, like other intravenous sedative drugs, is usually given in small initial doses. The effect of the drug is observed then more is given as needed.

Interesting about it being available in pill form, going to ask our Critical Care Pharmacist tomorrow at work, never ever have seen it or administered it. And it's not mentioned in the PDR or FDA sites or any other site I've searched as being available in pill form, only syrup is mentioned as available for oral ingestion.

Kai chase said she saw the doc going downstairs with the oxygen tanks every morning except on June 25th on Larry king and on the today show to be more specific here.

yes every morning around 10 am right? I think Michael was already dead by that time that's why Murray didn't come down, that's one no one came down to take Michael's breakfast either

This is my reasons as well as others u guys pointed out that makes Murray guilty to me.....

Doctor Murray was supposedly giving MJ 50mgs of Propfol for 6 weeks straight before MJ died. Except on June 23rd and on June 24th. Because he said 2 days before MJ died he was given him other drugs that didn't include Propfol because he was trying to wean him off the drug? But, on the 25th of June he gives it to MJ anyways with a cocktail of other drugs. How do u wean someone off something if u still give it to them anyways?

Is that why he said he gave 25mg instead of the original 50mg on June 25th? But, that doesn't make sense either because the corners office said LETHAL DOSE so it was more then 25mg right there!

Plus, one of the cocktail of drugs that was given to MJ on june 25 was lorazpam which is just like propfol and is not suppose to be given outside of a hospital setting because they can both reduce breathing and need to be monitored. So the DR. had two drugs that I have no idea he got his hands on that cause the same effect.

I don't understand how he didn't mess up 6 weeks straight but two days later he messes up and mj dies? Is it because he never used the others drugs mixed with propfol until June 25th? I don't know? But, that's highly unlikely Because he had bottles that were found of the other drugs in MJ's room so I'm guessing this was not the first time?
I agree. The bottom line for me is that Mj should not have been taking NONE OF THESE DRUGS. And this doctor should have known even if Mj asked for it. He is the doctor, NOT Michael.

The girlfriend would seem to be Alberto Alvarez' sister? Anyone know?

ONLY ON RADAR: Security Guard's Wife Speaks Out on JacksonONLY ON RADAR: Security Guard's Wife Speaks Out on Jackson
Alberto Alverez wife Anna told RadarOnline.com outside the couple's modest home in Pomona, Calif., on Thursday night that her husband is distraught over Michael's Jackson's death - and over the fact that he was inside the mansion at the time of the fatal emergency.

Alberto is the Jackson security guard who phoned 911 while Dr. Conrad Murray gave the singer CPR. He could be a key witness in the investigation into Jackson's death.

"My husband is very upset and he needs some time. He won't be home for a while," Anna told RadarOnline.com, adding that Alberto was staying at an undisclosed location. It is unclear why he is not staying at home and if police have told him not to talk to anyone.

RadarOnline.com reported exclusively Thursday that Los Angeles police questioned Alberto.

Anna Alverez wouldn't tell reporters what her husband told LAPD and she refused to discuss what he told her about his 911 call seeking help for the stricken pop star.

Alberto's sister Monica also arrived at the home Thursday to assist Anna.

No, supposedly not the bodyguard's sister. The bodyguard is Hispanic and Murray's girlfriend is African American.
