^ expanding on my thoughts above, Michael despite being a great business mind did make some bad choices, hence, his financial troubles, etc. BUT, again let me reiterate one thing, he knew that Branca was brilliant and TOGETHER, they made an amazing team. Michael's choice of Branca as his executor in all of his wills shows how much Michael respected Branca, and I thank God every day that Michael came back to Branca shortly before his passing. Brancas etal, have done a incredible job for Michael and I am sure Michael knew that he would. Michael also knew Branca would not be deterred by the rumblings and attacks of his siblings and/or father. Branca knew their history.
