I noticed on the news footage that when MJ was being taken to the helicopter, Tohme was following MJs body. It turned out I wasnt the only one as found this video:

Interesting discussion on Karen's FB re Thome, AEG/SONY, Colony, conspiracy. In case you didn't know, now everybody there shares the view of this IU.
Interesting point raised by fans re raising money for justice. Go there and read. This is what needs to be done. Money, big fanfare in the media and millions together could defeat evil u know..
I read a fan comment somewhere that moved me: if all the fans (millions) would gather together in one place and pray, the tremendous, unprecedented amount of love will be able to bring him back.

I think you should stop worrying Rockin. If you did something wrong, I'm sure the mods will notify you, and delete the thread.

Basically, Karen Faye and a follower fan, who knows her personally, are discussing on her facebook page that Tohme blackmailed Michael, and forced him to sign the contract with AEG. If not, all his belongings would of been sold at the Juliens auction.

My opinion is that it makes a lot of sense, as i stated in the "Tohme" thread :

I was wondering, since Thome was Michael's manager and in charge of so many things regarding Michael, shouldn't he be able to help in this case a bit?

But instead, it's like he doesn't even exsist anymore.

As I said, I'm guessing the poster may be either someone from TMZ, or someone from Mike's enoturage/family - either way, it's someone who KNOWS stuff. Problem is that it's really hard to follow the "clues", and almost impossible to figure out.
The other posters follow his clues, what I saved last was something related to trw advertising, which turned out to be yet another company Tohme was involved with.

But, as I said, the messages are kind of incoherent, they look like this :

But I do not believe for a second noone had an idea and noone noticed that something didn't go well.

My mind will never eat the 'everything was fine, everything was great' versions.
 
In teh Murray´s section it´s been said at some point that Murray´s defense is going to say that he did not administer anything that could kill Michael (weird, cause he admitted giving propofol)

Are you a mind reader ? ! I was asking myself the same question. Especially if what he said he gave is not consistent with the tox report.

Anyway, I'm not sure this would help Murray : he shouldn't have left at all while MJ was under propofol, since, according to him, he was the only one "monitoring" MJ. Which is another careless thing IMO, there should have been at least 2 persons monitoring him, in case ressucitation was needed.

And Murray obviously lied. Members on the coroner's report are trying to figure out to which extent.

Do you remember who called Murray, or who did Murray call that day?
I'm simply overloaded with info, and I can't recall. I think it was Dileo who called him, and that Murray called Klein. I know it's in here somewhere.

Yes, I have no idea wht Murray and his defense are going to benefit from this strategy (if that is true). Can he just withdraw from admitting he gave the propofol?

Well that's the only they have... to create reasonable doubt.

I don't count with him talking aside from that at all. Either they make it to create reasonable doubt (well what I do doubt) or he'll get the 'guilty' and all he then gets is some time in jail. He'll not even for the whole 4 years to jail... you'll see him walk free in a year longest two I guess.
Jails are crowded.
Then he can write books, can go to TVshows, can go to the tabloids etc. etc. etc.
If there indeed is a conspiracy add the money he'll get out of very dark sources to that.

He will not talk.

Yeah, you're right, what could make him talk.... only more serious charges, nothing else, I think.
