michael didn't have a proper home over the last 5 years of his life so i'm sure the kids considered alot of places home.the family's house is everyone's home so they're not at other folks home,they're at home.

the home was owned by michael. it is jermaine who cant afford to put a roof over his childrens head instead he sent them and his ex off to live with his mama, michael coul always afford to rent, stay in hotel or buy homes. so there goes ur nonsense again.

Michael paid for the house, Michael still keeps it running. or shall I say his estate, its wned by the estate and was owned by MJ. When the Jacksons were filing for bankrupcy few yxears ago like always Katherine declared that she didnt own a damn thing in that house, everything was on MJs name. She declared it again after he died in court, and the estate made it known to the court and judge that the house the kids are living in is the estates house cuy it was owned by MJ, they also said they would continue to run the house as thats how its always been.
 
Darn I caught a virus on my computer and I have no sound now, I watch the video but I can't hear it :( does blanket sound like MJ when he was little?...:p

Legally the estate and Michael (during his lifetime) is entitled to throw everyone outta that "family home" whose name isnt Prince, Paris, Blanket or Mrs. Katherine Jackson. Of course its been the family home since almost 40 years but its been owned and run by Michael Jackson since 1981, the past 28 years. I'm sure it will remain this way in the future too when PPB are adults they will make sure to maintain Encino and let their cousins stay in there. Thats how its always been, but the house is owned by the estate and the heirs only. Not the whole Jackson family. :smilerolleyes: And whether you or anyone else like it or not Nena, it is the way it is. Michael made sure everything except that 20% go to his kids. Mrs Jackson isnt a long term beneficiary and doesnt get 40% of the assets, but just of the profits when the probate is over, after her passing her share goes back to none other than MJ3.

yes it was bought in 1971/2 but Mihcael bought if from his father back in 1981, the original house was torn down by him and a new one (the current one) was built instead, when he was having financial problems and has been paying the bills ever since.
 
uh oh. iv just read that they want the video removed from youtube. apparently jaafar removed it from his fb and 'warned' that they won't upload any more videos if they are stolen...

i guess they may get into trouble.

I will say this though, some of you are the most selfish people I've come across. Does it matter if Mike was paying the bills at the house his mom lives in? Thats what famiies do . They support each other, when they can. That house is THE JCKSON FAMILY COMPOUND. The place they all gather to be a family. My aunt is well off. not rich by any means but very well off. She renovated my grandmothers house. The house that she and her siblings grew up in as well . Basically rebuilt it. Now its a very good size house. very large. Its her money all up in there. sHe supports my gran as well as my aunts and uncles. Does that mean when my gran passes, the house belongs to my aunt and her kids. No!! That house will always remain a place where we gather as a family . We were not raised with that selfish mentality. She did it out of love, because she could , cuz she has been blessed. Im sure Michael had that menatllity as well. Mike was generous to the fault of himself. His charity speaks for itself as well as the other selfless acts he performed. Some of His fans need to learn a thing from Mike. Some come across as greedy and selfish. Taling about Mikes familyneeds to get out of the children and the estates house.

PS Money and material things do not make you happy. You are not buried with that ish when you die...............

Oh there are looooaaaadds of websites about Michael's children.. and lots of Myspace sites, Facebook sites, Twitter sites, People pretending to be them etc. etc. A lot of it gets reported, but even when Jackson family members themselves complain about it, it still doesn't get removed.
