Do you ever wonder how fascinating genetics is that one child can come out with a certain hair and eye color and another can have the complete opposite?

Yes I do.

Do you ever wonder how people back in the ancient days were able to cope with being so gross (going to the bathroom next to each other, not washing regulary, everyone stinking like mad, etc. etc.) ?
 
Everyone is not cheerful natured all the time, we all have our days when life's happenings change that

Do you ever wonder how identical twins on the outside can come out looking exactly the same in appearance but have completely opposite personalities, like different colors, have opposite interests, etc?
 
yes twins are simply clones, and most people get freaked by idea of clones but are cool with twins lol its the same thing... even you cloned someone, only how they look and those characteristics influenced by genes would be affected, but they would not be the "same" person. they'd have their own thoughts, feelings, and completely independent of their clone in all other aspects.

you ever wonder if people are the same offline as they are online, cause i kinda think some people would either be really good scrappers or would end up getting their ass beat a lot if they acted the same offline as they do on?
 
That's true, friend. I think it's the "anonymity" (sp?) of the intrenet that does it.

Sometimes, sometimes not. Sometimes it's justified. Sometimes not. If I don't know someone well, all I can go by is their actions.

Yes, even though I wonder more about what's beyond the universe. It keeps expanding they say...but where TO?

Yeah stress eating isn't good, but it helps. Better option than drugs in any case...

I think identical twins can be considered more of a clone than fraternal twins. Fraternal twins share a different inherited DNA from both parents whereas identical twins share the same exact DNA. But I do agree about their own thoughts, feelings, etc.....my family has twins every generation on my Moms side from both sides of her Grandparents on down the line and all are fraternal until my sister had my nieces who are identical and they look exactly the same but are complete opposite personality wise. I find it all so fascinating :)

No, not really. I probably would have missed the whole HIStory tour, so I am glad I was born when I was...even though 5 years back would be alright.

about the twins topic, I have the same thing in my family with the generational thing...except they've all been identical. We only had two set of fraternal (boy and girl) and only one girl set. The rest were all boys. I'm kinda scared cuz it's time for another set to be due generation-wise. :bugeyed


@summer's question. I think it has to do with self esteem and the kind of people you surround yourself with. Do they lift you up or make you feel like crap about yourself? Sometimes I think environment and nurture has a lot to do with it. Some get the feedback and encouragement they need while others don't. That may have an effect as well.
