Corey is wrong about MJ buying Wade a house and a car but what really is disturbing that Radaronline seems to report everything that hater group of Mike Parziale does. It's like they encourage them to harass and bully people and get reaction from them by giving them the publicity they obviously want.

I don't understand how this is fair to Michael. He can say whatever he wants about Michael and he can't defend himself. For me if this does goes forward I don't need any details because that's enough for me to know. I have had enough.

Michael wanted no association with such said subject, Gay Porn.

The article didn't state that. That is your own assumption. I't was because of Marc's involvement with Porn period, not Gay porn. MJ made that clear in his deposition. He was blunt asked by the attorney if it was because it was gay porn. MJ stated no he just didn't want his image associated with porn period. Part of this deposition is available on youtube. One video is a news story that doesn't have that part the other video shows more of the testimony where he stated that. Im Looking for it

Michael also had porn DVDs (straight ones), so it has nothing to do with one being magazine the other film. Reading or watching porn in the privacy of your bedroom (something that a lot of people do) is different than publicly associate your name with someone who made porn movies. Especially if part of your audience are children. I really don't see how the whole issue with Schaffel has to do with anything in this thread. I guess AliCat brought it up to make a point that since he fired Schaffel for producing gay porn MJ had an issue with gay porn. But like Qbee said that's not the case. He had an issue with his producer producing porn movies in general. Michael was not gay and he did not have male/male gay porn in his possession when his house was searched, but he also was not judgemental of others being gay. Like Qbee said he made that clear in his deposition for the Schaffel case.

Did you even watch the video? Michael clearly states that he didn't care about it being gay porn, he just didn't think his image was compatible with someone who produces porn, period. Pedophilia has absolutely nothing to do with homosexuality, it's a separate sexual orientation.

Wade Robson, the choreographer who testified on behalf of Michael Jackson in the singer’s 2005 trial — and is now of saying the “Thriller” singer molested him for seven years — will face his first moment of truth next June, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

A trial date has been set to determine if Australian-born Robson will have a court hear his creditor’s claim over allegations the King of Pop sexually abused him as child.

The Estate is fighting 30-year-old Robson’s bid, arguing that the deadline has long passed for creditors to file claims against the estate.

Robson, however, is claiming that he should have been served a notice of the administration of the estate when Jackson died more than four years ago.

The estate’s lawyers argue that they could not have anticipated Robson’s lawsuit.

They’ve also said, “Any investigation into the factual allegations of the Petition will necessarily be compromised considerably by the untimeliness of the allegations and by the unfortunate fact that Mr. Jackson is deceased and thus has no opportunity to answer these allegations.”

The hearing has been set for June 2 next year.

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Robson told how Jackson — who died at age 50 from an overdose of surgical anesthetic proposal — made his first sexual advances on the young child prodigy in the star’s bedroom in 1990, as the dancer’s older sister Chantal slept in the same room and often with his mother under the same roof.

The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years.

“We can never tell anyone what WE are doing,” Jackson allegedly told Robson.

In one declaration, Robson revealed how the 13-time Grammy Award-winner supposedly suggested to him: “People are ignorant and they would never understand that we love each other and this is how we show it. If anyone were to ever find out, OUR lives and career would be over.”

Interesting side-note: Even if father-of-one Robson is allowed to pursue legal action against the estate, the trial would not likely start until 2015 and that would only be after an “extensive discovery process,” a case insider revealed to RadarOnline.com.

Why do they keep call it "a trial date" when it's just a hearing about whether there will be a trial or not?

So their argument is that they are within the statues because the Estate failed to notify him of its administration. Why on Earth should the Estate have notified him? It's ridiculous. Just like the claim that Robson did not know about the administration of the Estate before March 2013.

I hope you are wrong. Is Beckloff the one presiding over this? I really admired him when he threw out a TON of frivolous claims against the estate (and I remember this, because I thought NOW they dismiss these cases, now that Michael is dead-guess while he was alive they figured let them go ahead-he has deep pockets-)

And there has to be tons of proof that Wade is more than aware of the Estate-I'm down here in Houston, TX and I knew all about the estate and all the creditor's claims filed in court, the plans the Estate have made and executed, the financial reports-they're all public record and reported in the news-Wade was even part of the Estate's projects and that's on film-how can he say he didn't know about it? He better come up with a better idea. I think Wade is the worst of all the people who stabbed Michael in the back. And that's really saying something-because there are a ton of them.

I was actually administrator of my mother's estate, and all we had to do was place an ad in a public forum such as the local newspaper advising of the administration of the estate, plus send letters to any party we knew had an unpaid bill. That was sufficient legal notification. If any party did not file a creditor's claim within 120 days, that was it, the estate was not required to pay. I expect therefore that the creditor's claim will be thrown out, but who knows about the civil molestation claim.
