Director, Co-Actors / Themes for Next Short Film?

i'm not sure about how important videos are these days. i want something innovative, original, not necessarily something with a big production value (mike i have some ideas... let me know if you are interested. i'm willing to direct and i won't sue you like john landis). most the videos from history era and beyond were very slick, and well done, but somewhat unsatisfying as well.
