According to the MJ Facebook page, they did.

I thought Stevie joined MJ for Bad in Brisbane...

I don't know. Maybe he wanted to?
Why is it also open and just with the white t-shirt? (You know, the white t-shirt he has during IJCSLY and Bad).

And why does he have a wired mic and why is Stevie holding MJ's wireless mic? Prolly because he didn't want him to possibly trip over the cord.

i dont think they ever sang JGF together....we would know by know.

I doubt the ppl on the OFFICIAL MJ PAGE know anything...

"25 Days of Bad! Day 16: Stevie Wonder and MJ performed a special impromptu duet of “Just Good Friends” during a November 1987 concert in Sydney, Australia. #WhosBad"

Apparently not, because they never performed the song together.

"Ladies and gentleman, Stevie Wonder!"
"WOOOO"

Yeah, it was Bad and not JGF and it was in Brisbane, like other have already pointed out, not Sydney.

Whoever is running MJ's FB page and posted have no idea what they're talking about.

^ false myth imo. I don't think it ever happened.

Lol I trust such site as much as I trust wikipedia. Still don't believe it. MJ online folks who made this question were wrong.

Either more than just the MJ club on facebook got it wrong or you got it wrong, I don't know, we'll find out sooner or later:

In 1987, Wonder appeared on Michael Jackson's Bad album on the duet "Just Good Friends". The song was performed live on one occasion in Sydney, Australia when Wonder made a surprise appearance at Jackson's show at the Parramatta Stadium. Michael Jackson also sang a duet with him titled "Get It" on Wonder's 1987 album Characters. This was a minor hit single as were "Skeletons" and "You Will Know". In the fall of 1988, Wonder dueted with Julio Iglesias on the hit single "My Love", which appeared on Iglesias' album Non Stop and was a hit single on both sides of the Atlantic. http://www.lyricsfreak.com/s/stevie+wonder/biography.html -_-

Wade Robson (dancer, director, producer, songwriter, and award-winning choreographer) memories about Michael Jackson

I used to talk to Michael for three hours a day. I never really worked out how he came to find so much time because he seemed so busy, but he would ring me and we would talk and talk and talk. When he got a cell phone he would call and text all the time.It was part of an amazing friendship that lasted for 20 years.

I had firdt met Michael when he was kicking off his bad tour in 1987. I was five, but Michaels company were holding a dance competition in every country and i entered the one in brisbane. I remember being a kid and dancing to his video- the first iever say was "Thriller" when i was two. It was my mum's tape and i just went nuts over it. I used to run into the kitchen scared everytime the wereworlf came on. By the time i was three i had pretty much learned its entire choreoghraphy.
I ended up winning the dance competition. We went to see Michael in brisbane and at a meet and greet i was introduced to him. I remember wearing a custome made outfit from "Bad"- my mum's belt was wrapped around me, like five times. Michael was impresssed and asked me if I had danced. I told him that I did and he said " Do you want to perform with me in the show tomorrow night?"

I couldn't believe it. He was due to play brisbane the next night. His idea was for me to come out for the last song of the show which was "Bad". He was bringing on some orphaned children so he figured it would be cool to bring me out in the full "Bad" outfit. At the end of the song we were all onstage- Stevie Wonder was there too and Michael came on and said "Come on". | took it as him meaning "Get into it!".I moved downstage and threw my hat into the crowd and started going crazy. When i turned around Michael was saying goodbye to the crowd, the other kids were gone and Stevie Wonder was being escorted off. What he meant was "Come on lets go, It's over".

Now we can put that rumor to rest :D

To be honest, I don't really know, it's just that when I look at every site regarding the topic it says the same, lol. So it's not just the MJ club on facebook who has it wrong, many have it wrong, or you may have it wrong, who knows, we'll find out sooner or later.

And is it such a big deal, why are people so worried about it, who cares, wow, people are so serious and rude over this, such as saying "if you say so"...... Learn to love like Micheal.

It's true. Here's some info: http://www.freewebs.com/mjiskingofpop/michaeljacksonbadtour.htm

Stevie Wonder made a surprise appearance on stage. Michael and Stevie performed "Just Good Friends" live to the 45,000 fans.

Just because you read it in a magazine
Or see it on the TV screen
Don't make it factual, actual

Who cares if the MJ club on facebook made a mistake, everyone makes mistakes, it's not like you never made a mistake, people make mistakes, mistake is in the dictionary, it does exist, so why are people so surprised. Besides many many many people don't know too much about MJ anyway, not even his own family, so who cares about a simple mistake.

By the way, after doing further research, instead of 1 minute research, it's true that MJ & Stevie did NOT perform JGF live on stage. But they did make a song together of JGF that was on MJ's Bad album that Stevie got credit for. MJ did not have to do a song with him but he did.

MJ just invited Stevie on stage because he's just that sweet, it would of been more reasonable to invite Stevie on stage if he had to do a duet song of JGF with him, but MJ just invited him on stage just for the heck of it, how sweet is that. Honestly I don't think JGF is a good enough song to perfom live during concert, MJ only chose select songs, MJ never performs every song on his albums live during concert. Now that I know for sure about this MJ & ST duet on stage not being true, this rumor can be laid to rest :D.

I know two people who have Bad in Brisbane. I was the one who leaked BJ and BI Brisbane audio.
