According to Access Hollywood, Diana Ross is making her first television performance in four years on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

The former lead singer of the soul group, The Supremes will perform her hit, “I’m Coming Out.”

The 66-year-old legendary songstress will appear as a guest with all of her children and her grandson as guests on Oprah’s last season. Ross is currently on her “Now” tour, the episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show will air February 25th.

I haven't heard anything about it yet, Ashtanga. I was hoping someone would be able to answer definitively as well.
 
No she did not talk about Michael at all. It was a nice interview.
 
Well I'm glad she didn't guess she set some ground rules for Harpo, ain't no way she'd willingly miss the chance of questioning Diana about Michael.

I'm thrilled Diana demanded respect anddid not divulge about Michael. Its also clear that family is a priority for her.
 
I watched it because I love Diana and no there were absolutely no MJ questions. I am sure Diana set some ground rules for Oprah. The show was nice. It was all about her career and her family. I really wish Diana could've adopted MJ. Diana's kids seem great and well adjusted and she looks wonderful to be 66

What a relief!!! It's a miracle that Oprah did not ask about Michael.

Diana Ross just proved again why Michael loved her so much and trust her with his children. She is really the true friend of Michael. Thank you!

Glad to hear that Ms. O stayed away from her ever inquisitive questions about Michael. Diana Ross surely made things clear in that regards I think. You gotta wonder why others could'nt do the same.
 
I'm sure if there were no questions about MJ it's because Diana made it clear before the interview.

Wonderful person full of integrity and strength... I hope she can somehow be a part of Michael's children's life, she's a motherly and protective person that Michael loved and trusted a great deal. ..
 
I DVR'd the interview and watched it today. I have always admired Diana and now I have even more respect for her. This is a 66 year old (am I correct?) woman and she still looks fantastic. It's very obvious she is a down to earth, warm and loving family woman. I was slightly disappointed she didn't talk just a little about Michael but I am also pleased because it demonstrates her respect for him. I'm pretty sure she requested not to be asked about him.

I was surprised they showed a little footage from and discussed the free concert in Central Park Diana gave in 1983. I was there! Well, my sister saw the start of the concert but I had to leave to find a bathroom. I couldn't make my way back into the Great Lawn so I had to go home. I watched Diana attempt to go on with the show from home on TV in spite of that dangerous thunderstorm. What a trouper she was. It was canceled but as promised she returned the next day and performed another FREE concert for NYC. I came back too and listened to it from a distance from under a tree with my two sisters and we were wearing our new Diana Ross t-shirts. These pics are posted on my Facebook page.:)
 
Her not mentioning Michael, I'm sure, also has to do with it being too much for her. remember, she couldn't be at the memorial and funeral, she wanted to grieve privately, and that is understandable..

The thing with that is, if Diana did mention anything at all about Michael, then that would give oprah the opening to launch into her barrage of questions.

True but that would be Oprah just doing her job. An interviewee should be able to control what questions they are asked, especially someone as big a star as Miss Ross.
