That smile is one of the main reasons why I have stayed a Michael Jackson fan for 25+ years. OMG Michael really did had the most greatest smile in the entire universe. And that is one of the things that I am going to miss most about him.

Call me lame, but where are the last two pixs from?

The pictures are actually from a lawsuit brought against Michael by a German promoter Marcel Avram and this was inside the Santa Barara County Superior Court in Santa Maria and it took place on December 3rd and 4th, 2002.

My sources to base this information on are the book A Visual Documentary by Adrian Grant and the website http://www.MichaelJacksonForSale.com where I came across the pictures ( Gallery, click on 2002 and then on page 43 you will see more pics there).

Any picture inside a courtroom will never be from the trial as that was prohibited at that time.

( No offense to anyone else who replied to your question, just thought I'd answer in detail since I happened to recognize the pics)
