No she does not. Once the Estate is out of probate which will take at least 2 more years she will get 40% of the profits, she does not get 40% assets nor is she able to pass on her 40% to anyone the 40% reverts back to Michael's children after her passing, why? because Michael wanted it this way. Randy wouldn't be exploding so much if she had gotten the 40% LMAO

They wanted things to go back the way they were when their father was around. Which is heart wrenching....

Nah I think it has more to do with fact that there is someone in that house who Paris did not grow up with and does not know to well. Donte. Not saying anything was going on or was ever going to go on but DCFS prob did not like that at all

I am not saying you are wrong because i don't know but how are you so sure what katherine was told and what michael's kids said and what they want!?!

I support as well what memefan says.
they are sources close to the family..they are believable because everything they were saying about certain members of the family are turning out to be true and spot on accurate (long before some actions/words were made public)
some fans knew about what was going on in encino long before the social services were called for the stun gun,it was about to happen that the kids voiced their opinion,I'm actually surprised they are so strong.

actually i am not surprised that they are so strong after all they are Michaels children .he went through so much not only media ,case but we have seen actions of some family members .just pray they remain strong and remember what Michael taught them .

I don't claim to know them personally...but I find the actions of some family members to be quite transparent.

And I always shocked to learn some people are willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Not me...not when MJ's 3 kids are caught in the middle.

There are a number of people here who know and understand the game & the backstabbing going on in the background.
 
@ nena they dont..some are claiming to know what the kids said to DCFS, that is just not true lol that info has not been let out. Im taking classes to be a social worker now and most times family members are not even told what a child has said. they claim to have sources but yeah... and if they do why are they going around broadcasting it. Whoever their SOURCE is, is probably betraying PPB also by telling FANS what is going on in that house. if something is wrong the info shouldnt be coming to FANS but someone who is actually willing to Help. not spread it on message boards. If you're not gonna come with proof then keep it to youselves becuz its gonna just make this thread crazy.

well nobody said the social services released info about the conversations content with the kids themselves...some are saying they knew things were bad at encino and that the kids were upset with what was going on inside the house despite having the family saying otherwise....nobody's betraying the kids,we are just commenting the facts AFTER they went public...sources or not fact is certain family members' action speaks volumes even without knowing anything.

oh yeah everyone is entitle to have the benefit of doubt but MJ and his kids...God forbids the kids dare not to be happy with 20 ppl around them filming them and violating their privacy.and never mention they are kinda sad,big no no,they are just fine.

This is what I have thought happened all along.
I pray Havenhurst is, now, a more nourishing environment for
Michael Jackson's children now. :angel:
My hope is that Prince, Paris, and Blanket have a

I dont believe you know all the details of whats in the will or how its setup everything is not made public, and you do not know what randy knows about the will, he have more info than you, and I dont believe you know all of katherine and michael business dealings before he passe, one thing michael and his mother are co owners of the condo and you do not know what other business deals katherine and michael might have, if katherine is a co owner in many things she would have rights.

his mother is in the will, randy dont have to be janet, randy and michael have or had investments together.and katherine is who michael trust to take care of businesss just like she did when michael was here nothing have changed.
