you know what is so amazing about what MJ did with this song? the thing that critics hate the most about the album...PRODUCTION.
did you give a close listen to Michael's production of Butterflies? listen closely and you will hear that he produced the effect of vinyl that is scratched. for those who wish they could have a vinyl version of the song, Michael accomodated us on CD and file. what a GENIUS!!!! especially since he added the 'scratched' effect. that was simply brilliant. it makes everything about the song, including his vocals all the more tasty. this is why i hate remixes of MJ music, because it interrupts what MJ, himself did with it. oh yeah, he still manages to shine through, even the remixes, but i hate that people try to remix. that tasty scratched vinyl effect is PRICELESS!!!!!
