Don't know what you guys are on about. Sounds like mj to me. Okay some bits didn't at first but I can still tell it's his town.
I love the song, so catchy.

Where is Gary? Is he not informed? Is he in talks with the family yet?

Here's what I will do: First I 'll wait for an official response on this VERY SERIOUS MATTER (either from Sony or the Estate)

If they insist it is genuine vocals then, as some others have said, I am cancelling my pre-orders. Maybe when I hear the leaked tracks and I say MAYBE, I will consider buying them from Itunes or so (very unlikely though since this whole thing, for now, looks like a scum)

As a longtime Michael Jackson fan, I would like to express my feelings about the so-called "MJ-song" Breaking News.

The song itself isn't half-bad. The problem however, is that it's NOT MICHAEL SINGING!

I am actually stunned that you, as a major and well-respected record label could pull off a stunt like this. You are destroying Michael's legacy, and it's a disgrace.

Michael Jackson was a perfectionist. He would never release such a thing. Never. Now, radio stations will play "Michael's new song", and MJ's vocals isn't even in it! You are tarnishing the reputation of the greatest artist and performer of the 20'th century.

I got one question for you, though. Why?
There's not like there aren't any unreleased songs to choose from. A Place With No Name, Get Your Weight Off Me, Another Day.. Songs that undoubtedly ARE Michael Jackson. So why release a song with the vocals of.. Do I dare to say, Jason Malachi?

If you decide to go ahead with this, at least there will be one less buyer for the new album. And I'll cancel my pre-order for Vision.

You probably won't care about what I will or won't do, but believe me, I'm not alone. The fans are not happy about this stunt.

It's a disgrace.

I just replayed it with the highest volume.The house was shaking.In hope to hear what some people are hearing I'm more than angry!!!!!!! THIS IS NOOOOOOOOOOOT MICHAEL FOR GOD SAKEEEEE. Some people - stop supporting that kind of abuse of Michael's legacy and NAME!

Maybe we'll find out that Jason Malchi was a character Michael Jackson created a few years ago to get his music out!! lol

yeah, i did think so. Trying to work some logic out in my head - not happening.

Wasn't there a comment made from Jason Malachi that he may have worked with MJ but he told us to wait and see? Maybe this was to promote himself?

What Taryll says makes a lot of sense. And if that's the truth - this album cannot be released. Not now.

I think we might be missing the whole darn point with this entire fake/real talk. It is a bit funny to read so many people being convinced to i-don't-know-what-degree that isn't Michael when he has an almost 'secondary' underground career featurin' on other people's songs without being recognized. Wouldn't it be funny if this were the reversal of that? Could it be that we are actually witnessing a truly unprecedented marketing campaign, the kinds of which showbiz has yet to see? I don't know, i'm jussst guessin' here.

Not matter who/when sings on the song, all i know is that i gotta quote Janet in Don't stop THIS IS SICKKKK. I love the beat, the groove of it. On the second listen i was up from my chair dancin' in my room and by the third i was dancin' in front of the mirror in the bathroom Bruno Mars style very scantly clad *ooooops, did i just write that?* :lol:

Jemini, thanks for that attempt at lyrics. I agree that some parts are wrong, but i think i understood the most important ones. Btw, if this truly is Michael, wouldn't those be interesting?

I mean, people treated him like he was an alien of sorts; for goodness sake, they put cameras in his bathroom and remained in awe when he ate in TII. The level of absurdity reached is sooo great that the mere notion of Michael friggin' Jackson being genuinely in love with a woman would have been really, really breaking news; i'd hate to think how some would have taken the reality of that. It's like he said in TII - everytime i'm in love, they don't feel. But hey, those are irrelevant questions when we don't actually know if that is Michael's song to begin with, right?

I guess i'm still in the minority when it comes to this kinda tracks. Oh well.....if that's how it's gonna be, let it be so, i sure don't mind.

My friendly suggestion to all of you is to take a really, really deep breath, sit back, have some patience and let the dust settle before cryin' doom and gloom. By the time the confusion ends, we might have some nice surprises. But then again, maybe not......what do i know? -_-

I'm not sure. When I first heard the song, I really didn't think it sounds like him.. now I'm thinking maybe. I really don't know. Some pronunciation of words is just NOT like Michael. Maybe I should listen a few more times...he could just be singing differently. Some parts sound a little like him. I don't knoww, ohhh Goddddd.

Okay, of course it's obvious this ain't MJ.

But what we're hearing from Teddy Riley is (however coded) that this is not the full story. The truth will come out, so we should just wait patiently and see what Sony says. As Riley said, the truth will be out in a few days.

Think about it? What could pay more attention to the album than the entire MJ fanhood all riled up over this? It'll get the album on everyone's lips. Sony knows that if we don't like something, we'll make sure that we're heard.

So I say. Let's wait and see. It's obvious this is not MJ. Sony is up to something. Patience, everyone.

I didn't want to believe the family when they said this was not MJ but they're right this does not sound like him. Can't wait to see what lame excuse Sony makes in the next day or so. They are in deep ish if this really isn't Michael, I for one will not buy an MJ album with an impersonator intending to pass of Michael. Sony would be better off releasing everything Michael created as it is instead of trying to fool people.
