I still can't believe what happened. It's beyond ridiculous. It's worse than my worst nightmare.

On Sunday, I expected to hear a "mindblowing" first single from the MICHAEL album, love it and be enthusiastic about the new album. Instead, we got a rough demo completed by imposers and/or computer. What a joke!

For people who are saying fans here are negative and hateful to Sony, I beg you to really see what's going on. It has nothing to do with hating Sony. I never hate Sony. I fully realize Sony is a for-profit business organization. Sony is not a charity. It's there to make money. Nothing wrong with it. What's so wrong is the leak of integrity in handling this project. I hope Sony would conduct an internal examination to investigate those who are involved with this project and ensure such fiasco will not happen again.

I don't mind an album of outtakes from the BAD, Dangerous, HIStory and Invincible session.

I don't mind an album with only demos.

I don't mind an album that sounds "dated".

But, I'm disgustted by an album with songs by imitators who are intentionnaly pass along as Michael Jackson. I don't see why some here think it is acceptable as long as there is 1% of Michael's vocal in the songs. No one is saying Michael has to be in both lead and background vocals.

A so-so posthumous album will not damage Michael's legacy. But, a fradulent posthumos album will taint Michael's legacy.

Why? Why Sony and the Estate allow this to happen? Is it because the pressure is too high? They are desperate to replicate Michael's past success?

I'm still very sad and emotionally drained.

i dont know what some of you are laughing about, we wont have Michael Jackson songs..... we'll have fake disgusting Jason Malachi song, I WONT BUY IT, no way, not betraying Michael's legacy NEVER.... bye ç

we need to Boycot Sony, Michael was right! aboutthem fakes, and they killed him, now this?????? no way, i wont laugh about this.

I agree with you. I mean, I don't see the estates for John Lennon or Elvis being content to have 'soundalikes' singing on their artist's behalf. It's disgusting. What upsets me the most is that MJ was the ultimate perfectionist. I'm sure he wouldn't be thrilled with ANY of the music he considered not good enough to release being released, let alone tracks being cobbled together with other singers singing his parts!

Whether all of Sony knows about this, or only a small group, they knew what they were doing when they hired someone else to sing lead vocals for an album called 'Michael'. It's pretty horrifying.

Here's what's going on. She's in Thailand. We can't do the money transfer until 10pm my time as the Western Unions are closed there. Not sure I'm gonna go through just yet... close friend is advising me against it, saying what's the point, we have what we need in the snippets.

She definitely has real MJ tracks and non-MJ tracks (that she is convinced are real). Are these the tracks Sony are planning for the new album?

All I Need - I have snippet. Not sure if it's real or fake. It's honestly half and half.
Another Day - I have snippet. New mix (she leaked yesterday). Real MJ.
Blue Gangsta - I have snippet. Real MJ. Different part of song.
Do You Know/12 O'Clock - She leaked this yesterday. Real MJ.
Monster - She leaked this snippet. Fake MJ.
Much Too Soon - Real MJ.
Love Never Felt So Good - I have snippet. Perfect quality. Not like the one that has been leaked.
Carry On - Very Good Fake MJ.. maybe real?

This would be glorious. I'll go as far as to say that I don't care if some of the demos were already leaked within the past 10 years to fanboards and youtube, I'd STILL buy proper releases of these demos if only because I am a fan and I love Michael's work, both complete and incomplete. I'll only support this "Michael" album once we get confirmation that the fake tracks are gone and we have 100% Michael Jackson, but right now I am totally on the fence and rightfully so.

If I want to hear an imitator sing a new song, I'll listen to a Justin or an Usher record (I like these guys, but I'm just saying...).:tease:Just give me Michael Jackson, give me remasters of the CBS Jacksons records, give me some Starlight because I WILL buy it despite it being easily found on youtube; just give me 100% Michael Jackson.:yes:

If you can buy single songs from her, I would say just get Blue Gangsta, Another Day, Much Too Soon, Love Never Felt So Good and Do You Know/12 o'clock.

It wouldnt be worth it to waste your money on the fake ones and Hold My hand is still likelt to be released in a few weeks as a single.

I really wouldn't recommend you spending your money. If enough people listen to the snippets (and I mean the fans with ears that work - not those that thought/think Breaking News is real) then we can make fuss about them and try to get them off the album just the same as we could if we'd heard the whole songs.

Also, Thailand? Western Union Money Transfer? D-O-D-G-Y.

The whole song is about him being blue as in sad. 'What have you done to me baby? I can no longer smile' etc. He's not 'new', he's blue.
