They are saying that they used a previously dot done for Michael for this draw? I'm asking this 'cause how could this be possible if Michael isn't here anymore? or maybe I understand wrong cause I dont espeak english well...can someone help me?

I think it means that the first dots to be drawn will be dedicated to him and his children, and then the rest will be for the fans. I can't wait to see how this portrait will turn out and what it will look like.
