I'm disappointed to hear that he didn't perform twymmf on the 16th.. But he probably switched that for Dirty Diana. Twymmf has the best choreography ever.

WOW! I'm excited can't wait. Great box set. Oh yea I just remembered that MJ said he didn't perfrom Dirty Diana because he didn't want to disrespect the Princess, so we won't be gettin that from the DVD since she was at the show we are gettin in this boxset. Well, that's okay I guess...not like I havn't seen a good quailty of him performing it on youtube and downloded it from there. If I never seen it I would be more bum over it. But, this is a great boxset so I'm cool. They really listened and that's awesome! And the 3 CDS we are gettin man that's out of this world!

But that's weird to begin with.
The basic setlist of the 2nd leg of the tour included BOTH. Not one or the other.
(i even have an awesome audience recording from another Wembley show. He does ALL the songs).
I don't get why he'd cut a song out...

"tired" is soo not a realistic excuse. You don't perform 2 hours in front of that many people and just make a decision "u know wut, no THE WAY YOU MAKE ME FEEL tonight y'all. I'm not feelin' it".

Anyhoo, I hope they it's a bonus song at the least....

Nobody has said it isn't on the DVD. If it was performed that night (which it was) then it will be on there.

Michael must have misremembered what happened then because I could swear in an interview somewhere that MJ said after he found out Lady Diana liked the song, it was too late for him to include it.

The the supposed holders of this other footage would rather it collect dust somewhere than release it?
And why wouldn't his estate or label own all his concert footage?

Or the owners of such footage want too much money for it. There are plenty of ways for the estate to not own the footage. For example, when you are in grade school and they take your pictures every year. Despite you yourself being in the pictures, you don't own the rights to them so you can't reproduce them or sell them.

Yes, he said that in the Private Home Movies, but we've been seeing news reports and reviews of the concert and they've all said the song had actually been performed...
