Try neutrugena soap. It's for the skin. I know you don't have a lot of money for a Dr. like you stated, but go to the free clinic, and they can help you. Like someone mentioned, people should never ask for this kind of advice on here. We wanna help you, but a Dr. will you do you more good than we will.
