No, Akon is not IN the song. I think the snippets somehow came from Akon (leaked), so he put "konvict" all over it. Kind of like Another day "DJ Thucky".

Well i have only heard 2 snippets and they were the Where ur children r and another day... i wish the man in black was leaked and its totally understandable considering what happend...get them out folks :)

only one person posted a youtube link claiming that it was men in black. but it was a link to a video which was removed by sony. so no proof of if it was really men in black.

i cant find the post in this thread or the other one anymore because there are SOOOO many sites. i dont remember the person who posted it.

anyone found the post?? we have to ask the user!!!!!

It most definitely was Men in black this morning then, cause i am 100% sure it wasn't the song about the children and neither Another day.

By the way, 'Do you know where your children are' DOES sound awesome. Where this did come from all the sudden?

I believe it was in the general thread about the album, but it can very well be in the other newly created threads too. I'm gonna check them all now carefully....and try to find it.

I would like this song if it was just MJ singing and Akon wasn't featured in it at all because he ruins it.

Oh man it was so short, but it sounded awesome. But i was also in a hurry for my 'work' , and expected it to be here still when i got back. I am searching through these threads but i can't even find the post anymore ...that is weird.

I remember men in black being uploaded on youtube too, but it was down in minutes :(, I think it was Dangerous Incorperated who posted it on here, but I'm not sure.

Yes there were vocals, but it was very brief, and i'm sorry i don't remember any of it. Only heard it once, and i wasn't even aware it was Men in black, i only remember saying to myself 'Oh my...what is this then? Just a snippet and so much better than the new 'single' .

I too remember that someone mentioned men in black. I went on youtube, but i could not find anything except fake video without sound, which was uploaded months ago...

I'm seriously concerned now about this...
Suddenly in 2010 there's talk of a new version of HMH with more MJ vocals...
Not a solo version (because I could believe that, kind of like "We Are the World"), but a different duet version that's 70/30, rather than 30/70?... Just doesn't make sense...
I honestly think there is only one version of "Hold My Hand"...and we've already heard it.

Again, I hope to God I'm wrong.

The 'Konvict Sound' is basically a sound of prison chains clanging together at the beginning of most songs that Akon has produced, sung or collaborated on. This is because years before Akon got into music he was in jail, a 'konvict'.

I heard from other MJJC posters that MiB was BRIEFLY on YouTube but was shut down almost immediately. I didn't hear it for myself, I don't know the uploader. I read it in the super-long original Breaking News thread.... it looks like no one could grab it.

I am really curious where any of these links came from. (off topic - but I really want to know what happened to the hard drive taken out of Carolwood on 6/25. I think the good stuff was on there)
