3T Comeback

saying that 3t is using there dead uncle because they decide to release an album post June 2009 is so rediculous.. it's as if Every Jackson is supposed to never do anything and become hermits after Michaels death..

It's like "hey guys Uncle Mike died u know what that means? We are moving from Encino and moving to Ohio so we wont do anything entertaining so people don't think we are using Michael."

If any Jackson comes out with an album, they should not be pointed at as doing something wrong just because Michael is gone... It's not like 3T was sitting around thinking, ok now that Mikes gone lets use that and release an album 3 years later and use the attention Michael is getting for our own success.. I think the window of blame as shut.. Life goes on, while the family will always be affected, the Jacksons have always recorded music and tried to take part in the entertainment industry.. ALWAYS!! The Jacksons have been writting and recording since the 70's and never stopped.. its just that some (not all) dont have the talent enough to be large success and thats why we don't hear the music..

I agree - the assults in here on 3T are uncalled for in my opinion. I cringe when reading some of the comments.
REALLY to read this crap every day in every thread is depressing.

i guess its just a coincedence then that all the family members are trying to relaunch carrers post 09? certainly not taking advantage of the extra intrest? jacket selling. perfumes reunions etc etc. yeap one big coincedence.

The Jacksons tried to keep it so they never have to "re launch" anything.. They NEVER stopped.. The main corrilation to 2009 and MJs death is that the MEDIA would ignore them until after..

3T released singles in 2003,2004, and in 2005..

Jermaine has had so many failed projects all through the 00's same with Latoya.. Both siblings were on a reality shows in 2007.. How many times in the past years did we hear the Jackson brothers trying to start up a tour etc.

Dealz has been making music all along, Austin Brown signed with Interscope records in 2004, that was set to release an album in 2006.. in 2009 (prior to Mjs death) he made his own independant label because interscope was not backing his album or realeasing it.

it's the MEDIA that is now paying attention, and backing it which is making it happen.. the JACKSON family as a whole is not doing anything different.. (I can't speak for all of them.. *cough *cough* Joseph)

the jacksons never stopped? sorry the only ones that never stopped interms of having actual carrers were janet and mj. never stopped what exactly? because selling stories every week that you are going to have reunions going on celeb big brother ( both Latoya and jermaine) hanging out with the bahrain lot is not a career.yes they never stopped doing that i totally agree.did i miss all the ablums/films etc that family members released cause unless you include been mjs brother or sister as a career and the money made from that from interviews or from the bahrainians than i havnt seen much going on for along time .tito is the only one who did anything remotley on his own with his blues band.the T's had their few years of success in the mid 90's and that was it or have i missed all the concerts and releases they have been doing the last 13 plus years.Yes austin has been trying it seems forever to launch his career so he isnt apart of this convo.but to act like jermaine and others have done anything for the last x amount of years interms of creating their own careers interms of music and business away from mj is a joke.all they have done is lived off him either directly via his money or by making money cause they are his brother. Certain members have done nothing in their own right for decades.and that has nothing to do with the media ignoring them. the media didnt ignore all their claims of reunions.they reported everyone of them. the media cant ignore a record release etc when those releases dont excist

Elusive: Jermaine is the one that introduced Michael to the people in Bahrain, so NO Jermain is not copying Michael or fallowing his footsteps (with the Bahrain thing) if that is what you are emplying. Jermaine knew those people from Bahrain since prior to when he turned muslim. Michael wanted to be around people he could trust, that would be loyal, and friendly and Jermaine HELPED by telling him about those in Bahrain he stayed with..

I never said there careers were success, and of course Janet is the only other Jackson that established a real career. That is besides the point, If Jermaine releases 4 albums this year NOTHING is different because he would most likely sell nothing. The difference is that a record company would believe that he would sell something post 2009 and actually help release the album. Before Jermaine would shop and shop to release music and nothing.... Perfect example is what happened to Austin Brown, this album he is releasing was worked on in 2004 and was to be released in 2006.. we are getting it in 2012 because No one gave a crap enough to publish the album PRE 2009.. NOT because they were not recording.

The fact that most of the family was recording music prior to June 25 2009, trying to get on tv, trying to make concerts happen, trying to get attention in entertainment is proof enough they are not doing everything SPECIFICALLY because Michael past. NOW is when people actually tune in to see whats happening.. Thats all!!! They just couldn't get the gig before.

Well put. I hardly took note of the fact that post June 25 interest in all things Michael heightened and now suddenly and more specifically those who knew him best be it friends or family are now more valuable to the media because realistically thats all thats left of MJ besides the amazing music and legacy, thus the increased exposure his associates and family recieve. Thats the way the world works and in this case its working out well for some people, well most people but the fans who have been dealing with nothing but loss since Michael's death...which may explain the amount of resentment and anger coming from the fan community...? IDK.


However good luck with trying to get a logical and objective view through this mob mentality ever so prevalent on MJ boards since June 25, Im beginning to think that this is some sort of self therapy for some to vent off either that or this particular group of people have been wronged by the Jacksons very personally, theres no other way to describe this attitude. Like qbee said, some things being said are very cringeworthy to read and its so constant to the point where as a long time fan of MJ, I'm starting to limit my time on MJ boards.

I wouldn't say that deal that jermaine set up for mj worked out too well. Didn't it end in another damaging lawsuit for mj which only got settled just before the o2 concerts - from memory the stuff that came out about the business relationship seemed pretty unfair on mj. Anyway jermaine did quite well out of it, i think the court case revealed he got about $400,000 ostensibly for some songs he wrote for the bahraini prince which would probably be seen as his mj introduction fee.
 
No i wasnt implying mj knew the bahrainians before. everyone knows the bahrainians got to mj through jermaine. jermaine was given a rolls royce for bringing them michael. the prince of bahrain wanted to be around a big star.wanted mj to get involved with a record label that didnt excist.so he promised mj somewhere to rest after the trial.even though he had mj in a recording studio the day after
the verdict.promished mj everything was on him.when all he was doing was buttering mj up for his record label. and when mj wanted out the prince sued him for everything including the three bucks he laid out for sone haggen das ice cream. oh yes it certainly was jermaine who took a nice payment to introduce mj to the bahrainians. just like with thome!
 
So i guess everyone can agree that family have cashed in on mj full stop pre 09 and post! lol but now they are going futher with things they would have never have gotten away with if mj were here and would not have done for fear of loss of potential payments via katherine. you have interviews and perfumes and jackets and concerts they couldnt do cause mj said no. now theres nothing to lose and everything to gain by cashing in on the renewed intrest in family members because of the killing.

The bahrain thing with MJ and lawsuite. We cant fully blame the people from Bahraine, Michael really did make it out to seem he was going to start up a label and release music with it.. He even spoke about it in some recording! does anyone know where that is??

My personal beliefe is that Michael did intend to do things with them until he started to relize that they did not have the true assets to back his album to a large success... I mean come on with the guy that made "crazy frog"?? Michael does things BIG! and he knew he needed someone differen behind him to have that BIG effect. not a new little lable.

of course mj thought there was a record label and yes he was intrested in doing it at the begining. the problem was as the testimony from the crazy frog guy showed in court. the record label never excisted and there was nothing.he said he was duped along with mj when he had been told there was all this in place. so we have the prince buttering mj up from the get go. paying for things saying come and stay with us and rest after the trial when all he has was ulterior motives from the begining.and when mj found this out he left and the prince had the gaul to sue mj for everything including the ice cream when it was him who should have been sued. but hey jermaine got his rolles royce so all was good. and the princes lawyers and lynch men got to sit in the high court when the case was settled and talk shit about mjs nose and face as myself and others stood within yards of them.
 
^You attended the case elusive? That's so messed up, that they were talking ish about Michael's face. Michael was surrounded by two-faced scumbags. Half of them from the last years of his life were brought in by Jermaine.
 
yes I was at the last day when it was all settled the day mj was supp to testify.at the end the lawyers and hangers oners were talking crap about mj guess they were upsrt they didnt get to question him in the tiny office that was made out into a courtroom. those who have me on f.b can see the photos i took outside the court room with the case name up. a good friend of mine went to several days of testimony including guy chambers crazy frog mans testimony and wrote about it
