Can I just ask, why does everyone seem to be "pre-ordering" everything? What's wrong with going to a shop for it? Just curious :)

Where I live the shops most of the time do not have the stuff I need/want.
So I always pre-order stuff because of that. :/

Unfortunately I can almost guarantee you that the place in the US where I live right now, won't have this single physically available, I would have to go to the store and have them order it. If there was a cute indie store here- I would do just do it to buy it from a little indie store.

The box stores here will have "Michael" available but the single right now? Naaah.

So I might as well pre-order it.

US Amazon says not available until Dec 28. Boo.

It is cheaper to buy online than go to a shop in my country
 
this is mean, mine was about to be shipped today, but still is "being prepared to shipp" ;( Sice it wasn't shipped today and we've got Friday, I won't receive it on Monday ;(
 
I love the extra bit of vocal layering on the Vocal and Orchestra version (based on the small clip)
 
One minute-long clips have been available online for a couple of days on Juno Records' website along with artwork for the single. :) Looks and sounds great.

Because I live in Croatia and we don't get much cd singles in cd shops, and even album are late 1-2 weeks. I bought Vision in cd shop this wednesday because it wasn't available until then.
 
Wasn't aware it was a competition. ;) I'm sure some people will enjoy them until they get their copies. :)
 
I pre-ordered mine as most record shops don't even bother stocking cd singles anymore as most ppl buy the digital version
 
Mine was shipped yesterday from HMV (UK), hopefully it will be here on Monday. I think the chances are very small of it arriving tomorrow.
 
I'm Uruguayan, and i will have to buy it in physical CD from UK since the only reason i'm buying the single is for the orchestral version which i think is much better than the official mix. Although i would be thankful about any info of legal digital sales of the Orchestral Version.

So we're basically talking about the single - Hold My Hand - on a separate physical disc from the album? 4 versions of 1 song on 1 CD? What's the point of that?
