Zumba, anyone?

Just go the full DVD set of Zumba...and did 45 minutes of dancing, and boy do I feel GREAT!!

Anyone else like the aerobic dancing craze here known as Zumba??

I tried it once...For an uncoordinated person such as myself, it's hard, but ift's definitely fun!

I went to a few Zumba classes, it was fun. It was funny seeing people who had no rhythm trying to shake their behinds lol

I just love Zumba...and I am getting those belly-dancing hip scarfs so when I shake my bootay, it'll really shake!! LOL!!

I like Zumba too I just got that DVD last week so I've only just gotten into it. I know 2 friends who love going to Zumba classes and my mum and her friend love it too
