your last favorite soundtrack

can you tell me the last soundtrack you actually dug or cared about? most of them today feel like now compilation imo. what was the last one to move you and why?

I've never really bought soundtracks. I have Saturday Night Fever and The Wiz. I think the last one I bought was Mo Money in the early 90s. The good soundtracks were the ones pre-1980s like the Quincy Jones scores, those Gene Kelly style musical soundtracks, or blaxploitation. John Williams style orchestration is good to hear in a movie, but I wouldn't buy it or listen to it outside of the film. Something like Trouble Man or Batman, I just consider albums by Marvin Gaye and Prince, not soundtracks, per se.
