Just another thing I wrote.
'Angel Up Above'
If tomorrow when you wake up,
and realize I am gone,
please don't cry, I beg you don't worry,
My spirit still lives on.
In the sunlight through your window,
that spills across your face.
In the rain that splashes down on you,
in your less of brighter days.
When it feels like I am drifting,
know that I am not far away.
I am a thought, a prayer, a picture,
I'm just a memory away.
I know that now you're hurting,
with pain that takes time to fade,
please don't be sad or weary,
this is the brightest of all my days.
My body's no longer hurting,
my soul is now care free.
Please don't be in any hurry,
to come be here with me.
It's now my time to guide you,
to help you live a life of love.
Just don't forget, to always remember,
your angel up above.
