What do you mean? Anyone who can gross over $100 million on something like "Daddy Day Care" is major. :p Anyway I like the song, it's cute.
 
i'm not a fan of Murphy, that's why i can't comprehend his success.

as for the song, an eleven year-old music student can come up with better chords lol. although, i like the idea of repeating "yeah" dozens of times.
 
Lol! I cant believe I listened to the whole thing. More than 4 1/2 minutes of YEAH.
It was fun tho trying to pick out and distinguish each artist as I tapped my foot to the beat
waiting for the next line. (
 
It's a fun song, but I don't think that Eddie Murphy's intention was to seriously compete in the music world. He was probably bored and decided to release some fun songs. It's not the best song I've ever heard, but yano... at least he tried.

He did release 3 music albums. Maybe Eddie can form a supergroup with his fellow actors like Bruce Willis, Kevin Bacon, Johnny Depp, Russell Crowe, Keanu Reeves, Cree Summer, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Steve Martin. :p
